It's your typical cookie cutter big box tire shop. If you get anything done here other than mount and balance tires you're insane go to an actual auto shop. I paid them for four new valve stems cause my original ones leaked leak tested this morning they are all leaking so they never changed the valve stems wasted 4 and half hours of my time and charged me $150 for some of the worst work I've ever seen. Don't waste your time here after speaking with their "technicians" it's pretty obvious drug testing isn't a requirement for employment here. I guess I'm insane for even going here lol. (Update) lug nuts on two wheels were hand tightened thank God I made it home this crosses the line from uneducated lazy workers to dangerous and unsafe practices. Corporate is either a call center or someone who couldn't care less. Stay far away from this place your life and vehicles well being could depend on it!

The reader or sensor in my car must be off but he was able to look at my tire to see if there was damage and in this case, give me the peace of mind to drive home safely. I can't think JT enough. He was kind, knowledgeable and very efficient. They will be starting a room service in the near future, and I will be definitely looking for opportunities to work with him in the future. As we were driving on the highway my son noticed we were losing tire pressure fast so we exited the highway and found a gas station/convenience store to add air. We checked with a local garage and they weren't available (nice way of saying they couldn't be bothered). At this point we already needed more air and I started googling tire centers nearby and found this place 6 miles away. My son immediately called them and they said to come on over right away. This place was amazing, they patched the tire and we were on our way with only a small amount of time lost. This could have been a bad situation if we hadn't found them when we did and they graciously helped us.
