This has happened to multiple people I know who have used them. No mail, emails, or phone calls. They did this on both our renters insurance and auto insurance. The actors were great and so were the employees. The actors were interacting with all the children which puts such great smiles on their faces. They give you hot chocolate and a sugar cookie which I must say it's pretty tasty. So here is the rundown. When you get there you must check in to the building where they give you your golden ticket. Once you check in you grab a seat wherever your assigned seat is on the train. There is a brief play of the beginning of the movie. Then you board the train and the fun begins. I highly recommend this. Me and my wife don't have kids and I should've expected that this was more of a kids thing. However we both enjoyed it thoroughly. The polar express is one of my favorite Christmas movies and these guys really brought it to life.
