Without going into much details, we booked a Canadian cruise with Brandi LaValley in the Trailwinds Villages, FL office and what a nightmare. At this point, will just leave it at this. Air Canada sent a $555.78 refund directly to AAA Travel on 11/12/2024 and they refuse to give it to us. They want us to contact the "travel insurance". What a joke. And this is not only the uncaring local "agent" but I contact AAA Travel Corporate and was told to just deal with her. Guess $555.78 is no big deal to them.

I worked with Ayasha Teague, principal of Your Blueprint Travel (www.yourblueprintravel.com) in…read more2024 and 2025 to plan a muti-generational family trip to Maui from December 20-29, 2025. During the planning process, among other things, Ms. Teague made reservations for us at the Andaz Maui, a Hyatt Hotel, for 7 rooms of various categories from December 20-27 and 1 room from December 27-29, 2025. Ms. Teague had me pay a deposit directly to the Andaz equal to 2 nights for the 7 rooms booked for December 20-27. Over the course of 2024 and 2025, I paid Ms. Teague for the remainder of the Andaz room charges, resort fees and related taxes and also a lump sum for gratuities for the bell, concierge and housekeeping staff. The total payments I made to Ms. Teague for Andaz rooms and gratuities was just under $75,000. Unfortunately, Ms. Teague only forwarded $34,500 of this amount to the Andaz. As a result when checking out of the Andaz, I was required to pay just over $40,000 that I had already paid Ms. Teague. Ms. Teague admits that she did not send the Andaz the full amount of the monies I paid her and has said several times that she will repay me. She claims there is a lost wire she sent to Andaz on December 17, 2025 which would have fully covered the amounts owed. Her communication and steps taken to repay me the amounts I paid her have been sporadic and contain discrepancies too great to mention in this review. On January 15-16, 2026, Ms. Teague made a partial repayment to me in the amount of $9,000. She said that she would repay an additional $25,000 on January 20, 2026; however no such payment was made. Ms. Teague has quit responding to emails asking her for status updates and when she will repay the remaining amounts owed to me of just over $31,000. Needless to say, I will not be using Ms. Teague again as a travel agent and highly recommend against using her services.

She then presented us with three amazing options and when I asked to tweak (more than) a few things, she was happy to accommodate. We stayed at three different properties during our trip and the service was impeccable at each one. Every transfer was comfortable and accompanied by a friendly guide more than happy to chat with us about the country and our trip. We encountered a few issues on our trip including bad weather and re-routed and delayed flights, and Ayasha handled each situation for us all the way from the other side of the world in record timing.
