Office, we where contacted 6 days prior to the scheduled pickup date to be informed that the truck was no longer available. And multiple smaller trucks were available at a considerable further Leesburg location. We reserved (2)) 16ft trucks instead.On pickup date "Alexis Fernandez", was extremely Saturn and condescending while explaining to us that he could not rent us the (2) trucks that we had confirmed reservations for ... After calling customer service in front of him he aggressively stated " that he had never heard of that". then proceeded to process our rental... Only minutes off the lot the check engine light illuminated on one of the trucks (516736), which caused it to consume roughly twice the fuel as the other vehicle. Upon checking in Alexis said that the full mark was unacceptable and he would charge us unless the line evenly masked the full line in the instrumentation gauge. After reviewing the final bill and identifying several errors and inconsistencies on identical trucks. Alexis hesitating stated for us to sign the receipt and call Customer Service if we needed any help because there was NOTHING THAT HE COULD DO FOR US HERE !!!!!!

Definitely, allow some extra time when arriving for pick-up, as it usually takes up to 30 minutes or more for that process. Drop-off goes a little quicker if you don't need a receipt on the spot. I returned my car to SFB airport yesterday, and then received an alert on my credit card of duplicate charges. When I called the office to inquire about the charge, Jakeb R. assured me that it would be taken care of, and to allow 24-48 hours for resolution. He was very patient in answering my questions, and it was very close to their 5:00 pm closing time. I would not hesitate to book a car with them in the future.

The employee was doing everything, assigning cars, returning cars, answering the phone, running in and out of the office. We waited an hour to get our car. I understand being short staffed, but please do not answer the phone when you have 6+ people waiting to get cars. We are there in front of you waiting with some needing to get to the airport on time. I would hope you have an answering machine or express to the person on the phone that you have quite a number of people in the office and you will call them back. Please do not assist people who come in AFTER those who have been waiting, especially if they have a "billing issue". It may be helpful to put in a ticket dispenser as many people that came in after us, received a car before us.
