I am receiving a full refund for the debacle on Sunday night, as well as the transport that I had booked with them in November. Everything in this post is true and factual, and it just happened over the phone with Thomas the owner. I was just told that, according to my file, me and the company are "not a good fit". HUH?? I don't recall ANY problems in the past, as I have used them regularly, and recommended them often. I asked for an explanation, but "for legal reasons" (again, HUH?!) he would not tell me what the past problems with me have been. In asking for the explanation, I was told "I already told you I'm going to give you a full refund and you're still talking?" That is the RUDEST thing anyone has EVER said to me. I was basically contemptibly fired as a client, with no explanation. I am not an emotional person. I do not get angry. Yet I am literally shaking right now.

Our driver Darren met us at baggage claim and helped us get our luggage and took us to the car which was parked very close by in a special area. Even though our flight took a long time to taxi and deplane, Darren was very professional and kind when we finally showed up. After a long travel day, it was a treat to be taken to our hotel near Port Canaveral this way. The next week, after our cruise was over, Darren picked us up at the port and took us back to the airport. We arranged for 10am pick up but when I texted Darren at 9:45am saying that we were off the ship, he responded that he was already in the area and was able to pick us up then.
