Nick is ALWAYS on time to pick us up at home and bring us back from the airport. He is a great driver and it is nice to be able to relax in the back seat and not stress over Dallas traffic. Nick is less than Uber and you always know you are getting personal service. No guessing about the size of the car if you have a lot of luggage. He has Town Cars and SUVs. We would not consider using any one else to get us to DFW or Love Field

So I decided to call Plano Discount Taxi the day before to arrange transportation for 5 am pick up the next day. At 10 min before 5, I decided to call just to make sure the driver is on the way. Arnold (the owner) said he was about 5 minutes away. He was slightly earlier than our agreed pick up. I arranged pick up from the airport with him for when I came back, and about 10 minutes before the arrival time of the plane, I got a text from him letting me know that he is in the airport and to just let him know when I walk out. So I did. It was great service. I worried about meeting flight times, etc, and with Plano Discount Taxi, I didn't have to. He was on time and even slightly early. I would recommend this taxi service to everyone.
