I would give this company a -30 if it would let me! First off he is NOT dependable! I have used him MULTIPLE times and the last 2 times cancelled the day of! Which i was in the hospital that is why I needed a ride! Second, he messaged me at least 20 times for the address and the dates involved! I own my own buisness so I thought, he is just trying to juggle to many things at once. This time, I was WRONG! I messaged Chris, months in advance and asked him if he did long drives. I was going to Florida. He messaged me back IMMEDIATELY and said yes! I will do it! Ok, I gave him all the dates, times addresses etc. He messaged me at least 25 times for the info I PROVIDED TO HIM ALREADY! THIS SHOULD HAVE BEEN A RED FLAG IMMEDIATELY! But. I digress. He messaged me 2 days BEFORE I WAS TO LEAVE, AND DEMANDED ALL THIS EXTRA money! I told him clearly, this was already discussed at length! I had already pd close to $8,000. Plus for his flights to and from Florida! I would have LOST everything should I of canceled. To find someone at the very last minute like that would have been IMPOSSIBLE! To say he is a reckless driver is an UNDERSTATEMENT! HE was CONSTANTLY ON HIS PHONE! TEXTING, VIDEOING AND LOOKING THINGS UP! WE DISCUSSED THIS AT LENGTH AND I TOLD HIM MANY TIMES TO GET OFF THE PHONE! YOU ARE PUTTING ME IN DANGER. NOT JUST ME BUT EVERYONE ON THE ROAD! HE CAME AT ME WITH SUCH VENOM! SEG is the best car service in the Dallas area, I wish I could give 10 stars! I hired SEG to pick us up from a concert and it was absolutely seamless. Even though the show lasted 2 hours past what was expected, the car was waiting for us right outside the venue. Beyond that, because it was so late and we were hungry he drove us through Whataburger so we could get something to eat. The owner, Chris, is an awesome person and was nothing but kind, patient, and hospitable. The car was a luxury sedan and very very clean. Pricing was very reasonable. I used them for a trip to the airport. The limousine-type car was clean, the driver was very professional. I liked that the trip was quoted in full and already included the tip, so there were no last minute "add ons" which I hate. What can I say about these guys. On time everytime, Christopher is always available and his drivers are just as good or better. Let me break it down for you, I text my flight details and I get a confirmation with in 10mins to an hour. I only order sedans but most times I get upgraded to an SUV. Ajab drives the SUV and a little quiet but he does a fantastic job. If you get the owner Chris, get ready to to laugh your tail off. I dont know how he does it but he wakes up at the butt crack of dawn cracking jokes. Its insane, he also picks me up at 10pm some nights and hes the same darn way. AMAZING. read more

I had to book a car service at the last minute for a 4am flight and after quickly browsing yelp I gave SEG car service a call. The booking process was a breeze. They quickly got me in the system and provided my drivers name and phone number. My driver was great! Jorge texted to let me know he was on his way and then again to confirm his arrival. I even had a last minute prescription that I needed to pick up before leaving the country for my trip and we stopped on the way, no hesitation. Overall A+ experience. If I could give a negative score I would.  Do not use this service.  I was worried about my daughter making a tight flight and wanted to make sure she had a car ready to take her to airport. I called SEG, gave my credit card set the time the day before and they texted they would be there.  THEY NEVER SHOWED UP AND SHE MISSED HER FLIGHT!  No call or text that they couldn't pick up. Is there any way I can give this company 10 stars!? SEG is absolutely fantasic! I originally booked my trip with them based off their impeccable Yelp reviews, and once again, Yelp didn't steer me wrong. I had to go to the airport at 7am on a Sunday morning, and then my return flight was slated for 10:45pm about two weeks later. SEG was professional and prompt on my morning trip. They texted me a day before to confirm, and then they texted me when the were en route to my apartment. They arrived about 20 minutes early and actually had to wait on me (I am not a morning person, haha!). Payment was fast an easy with my debit card in the vehicle, and they emailed me a receipt. The vehicle was nice and clean, and the driver was absolutely awesome! So personable and entertaining. On my return trip to DFW, my flight got super delayed... Which put me getting in Dallas at almost 3am on a Saturday morning. I didn't expect SEG to still come get me, as I knew they had other reservations to worry about and it was VERY late. But by the grace of God, they came to my rescue with a smile! I really had no idea what I would have done had they not been there, because there were no taxis or businesses open that late. I texted the driver multiple times throughout the night to update him on the status of my flight, and he was very understanding and concerned. When I FINALLY made it to DFW, he was there waiting for me right at my terminal. I felt so bad about the whole thing, because he actually told me that he had airport clients to pick up at 10pm and 3:45am... In other words, I am sure he was planning to get a cat nap in between those trips (I know I would have!). But instead, he stayed up and waited on me to get to home. If that's not incredible customer service, then I don't know what is! Definitely book your trip with SEG if you want dependable, clean service with a great driver. I decided to use SEG because of the quality and volume of the other reviews. My wife was coming in from a conference and needed a ride home. I wanted to get her a stretch, but unfortunately all SEG offers are the new Lincoln's and SUV's. They did offer to recommend another company that offered a stretch though and while that was very cool and non greedy to see. It was more important to me to stick to a company that had good reviews than to go with a company that offered a specific car. So here are a couple of things about me (and my wifes) experience. A. they texted my wife the night before and the day of to remind her they would be there, where they would park and a description of the driver. All very timely on the texts. All very accurate and good service. B. I was told they would be watching the flight info, but obviously they weren't whereas, my wife's plane was 15 minutes early.. and she ended up waiting for a car for 15 minutes. The guy was very nice, the car was in excellent condition and the service was good. My only two concerns on this experience were 1. What if my wife used her phone (for an mp3 player on the plane) and her battery was dead by the time the plane landed... No driver.. with a name plaque.. nothing to guide her where to go. Too dependent on text messages instead of a little of the old school "place cards". 2. They were 15 minutes late. All that said. Our overall experience was a good one. Fantastic!!! Our first time using SEG and won't be the last. This service hit all the marks for us. Let's start with making the reservation itself. It was very easy and painless. The driver was early and did not pressure us to get started early. He just sat and waited in the car until we were ready. Let's also talk notifications. We got notifications for when the car was in route, when it had arrived to pickup the passengers, when it arrived at its destination, when it picked up the passengers at the destination and when it dropped off our passengers. It is almost like you are in the car even when you aren't. The driver was friendly and knowledgeable and answered any questions we had. The prices are very reasonable too. If I could give this company less I would. We have used them on 2 separate occasions and both times were absolute disasters! My husband and I travel quite a bit both domestically and internationally and as far as car services go, well, let's just say that none of them that we have encountered have been stellar but it seems like the level of service that is expected does not come close to the "service" provided. (I used quotes because that word is used very loosely here.) On both occasions we specifically requested that the driver come inside to greet us and help with luggage as we were coming in from long international flights and not only in both circumstances there was no driver in sight, we had to call the driver and try to locate them as well. With the first instance they were there to pick up my husband and he said that the driver was missing, he had to call to find them and then still waited another 15 minutes to arrive. Okay well based on the reviews here and giving them the benefit of the doubt I gave them another shot. Bad decision on my part! I arrived alone with my 2 year old daughter from traveling for 2 days. We were exhausted and just ready to get home. I receive a text from the driver while still on the plane stating he had arrived. I texted back and let him know I was still on the plane taxiing and would be out soon. When I got out to the baggage area there was no driver. So I texted him to find out where he was. No answer. Then I message the office where I booked the car and he stated that it was the office's fault that they gave him my drop off address as the pick-up and that he should be there shortly. Ok so then shortly after I receive a text from the driver asking me what terminal and gate I was at. Really?? Isn't that something you should have already as a car service? Then he messaged me again and said he was there (which meant he was parked out on the curb). At this point I am fuming, my daughter is fussy and I am at my limit. I called the driver and told him that I specifically requested that the driver some in to help me with my bags as I had my daughter, her stroller, 2 large suitcases and a carry on. He had to park the car and come in. I ended up waiting at least 20-25 minutes during all of this. The driver came in and the only thing he said to me was "are you ready?" Really?? Then we get to the car and I requested a car seat and did not see one in the car. He tells to me from the back that the car seat is in the trunk. He brings the car seat to me and I had to install it myself. I just couldn't believe the entire experience and the lack of service. I let the office know and although they asked what they could do to make it right, it was too late. I will never use this company again and made it very clear to them that I would not. I have no idea how they have managed to maintain a 5 star rating up to this point. Absolutely ridiculous! read more
