NEVER use Texas Shuttle if you need someone to show up! I booked a month ahead of time for both my son and myself. We were flying into different airports. I received a message the night before that they couldn't pick me up. My son received his cancellation message while on his flight. Leaving people stranded is not good business for a shuttle company. The vehicle that showed up didn't have any seat belts, and when I called to inquire they said the other vehicle was being serviced for AC. I would have liked to know earlier only because the seat belt issue was so pivotal and it put people in an uncomfortable spot trying to decide whether to pass on a really fun holiday family time or just take a risk with babies on board. This bus was also dirty from use, visible dust on seats & dust coming out of AC vents. There were several tech issues that made the day-of confusing (Google calendar invites for the ride canceling, then moving from our scheduled time from 6pm to 4pm, a different driver from the original text message, and the driver telling me tip wasn't included though I certainly had paid the 20% up front). Our driver was patient and accommodating (Melvin) to the confusion while I called the company to figure out next steps, and after the ride when I showed him I already pre-paid his tip. All in all the front end of this company was great, the back end was kind of a mess. To their credit, they did offer a full refund to me if I didn't take the ride and were apologetic. I'd go with another company if you need something super specific like seat belts and want better communication up front if things change with your ride.

The driver switched out our bus for a larger one but A/C was still an issue, so not much change. Supposed to be upscale transportation for our kids senior dance, just to get them to dinner and back to dance. Bus was old and dilapidated, showed up 15 min late and broke down after dinner. By the way, their website lists their fleet, and an old white bus is not even a part of their fleet - talk about false advertising! Driver promised a refund and did not have a timely resolution. Eventually he chose to uber the kids individually to the dance causing them to be very late. The very next day, the company charged us 100% of the fee, including 20% gratuity and service fee!!!! They first tried to argue they fulfilled their services, then agreed to a refund but never issued it. Over this time, they will not provide manager or owner names, and have told us not to call because it interrupts their dispatcher (we are calling the only number on their website and on their contract), and their very last response to us was a text saying "get a life." We did finally get a check in the mail from Alpha Limousine refunding the 20% gratuity. Not sure if Party Bus Limo is a franchise of Alpha Limo or if they are the same company, but either way, neither has any business sense or client interest. Save yourself the pain and use a reputable company!
