Company No 1 did not respond for a week; Co No 2 set an appointment for the following week with a $150 visit charge to be applied to the repairs. I received a same-day response from Elevation Boat Lift Services LLC, and Scott set an appointment for Friday that very week. The following day, I sent a photo of the two motors, and Elevation sent me an estimate. Scott came on Friday at the appointed time. He checked the cables, pulls, motors, gem box, etc. Scott was knowledgeable, personal and friendly. The following Monday Scott installed the motors and gem box. The bill was very reasonable, about $200 better than the other two other estimates. I highly recommend Elevation Boat Lift Service and would use them again. Gary

My neighbors bent in the first gust... not even close to what it was supposed to be rated for. He was willing to pay for the repair and our dealer is MIA. Both our covers came off in the last storm again no where near the rating advertised. Its been 1.5 years so expected to be charged to have it put on, again MIA. These covers need maintenance and service we have not been able to get either.

One of the pilings supporting our boat lift and canopy broke in half during the storm. Less than 12 hours after speaking to Keegan at Coastline he had a crew out there to remove the framework and get it off of my boat. They took it away for repair all before 9:00 AM. With all that's going on. These men and their co-workers left their own families came out and assisted me in freeing up my boat and took away my canopy for repair. I expected and was content that this may take months. I think it was a total of a 10 hour wait. That's insanely efficient. Thanks to Keegan and Brian for the excellent service. Twice Bitten, forever shy. First issue was with our 255 Open…read moreID. we had bought it from a non scarab dealer and wanted it completely gone over. they recommended a "jetpump service" as we were at 200 hours and they said it's recommended at 150. They charged me for the jetpump service, even the orings were on the invoice. 10 hours later, my starboard jetpump went. Mobile mechanic verified they missed an oring, causing it to fail, and I had to replace the jetpump. 10 hours after that (20 total) my port side pump went. Wavetec became invisible when I sent them the video of what the mobile mechanic found. fast forward to this week. purchased a brand new 285 and took delivery of it Saturday of Easter weekend. was told "scarabs require a 20 hour service". I also had a few warranty issues I wanted logged and started with Scarab. they confirmed yes, there is a 15 hour service and then every 50 hours. $1100 dollars for that "15 hour service". Except there isn't a 15 hour service or a 20 hour service. it's a 50 hour service. then I found out it's 50 hours for the first and 100 hours after that. These guys cheat, lie, and steal. I would NOT recommend them, EVER, unless it's absolutely strictly warranty work.

Installed a chartplotter for me but didn't put the wiring cover back on…read morethe back of the console and put a speaker back in it's cutout but didn't put the screws back in so that it was just hanging there by gravity. Next time I used the chartplotter was the next season and upon hooking it back up it didn't work, so I called them back explaining how sloppy the installation was and that now it didn't work and that I had noticed some wiring looked bad. They sent someone over to fix it but they blamed me for the problem and charged me full price even though they were fixing their own chowderhead's mistakes.

They were both very professional, extremely knowledgeable, and very focused on getting my job done. They answered all my questions and pointed out some other work that needed to be done. They completed my work on time and suggested some things to check for in the future. Donna sent a very detailed invoice which accurately reflected what the guys had done.
