I stopped in to get an international driver license and stopped here since it was the closest location to my home. You can go online to find out which services each office provides. I received a warm welcome when I entered and was told about a special promotion that they had. Both employees that assisted me were very professional and friendly. The bathroom was available to customers and was very clean. There are parking spots directly in front of the entrance. I wasn't forced to sign up for membership but after thinking about the total cost for the passport photo i needed and the license it made more sense to get a membership. I never saw my vehicle again instead of help roadside assistance refused to give me any information on the tow truck driver his name or phone number. It's 2025 instead of help some of the customer service wasn't happy I'm still calling asking them what happened to my X5 BMW the only thing I know that the driver was Mexican driving a flat bed tow truck. Be careful calling AAA because certain customer service don't care about the members they are only working to receive a paycheck to pay their bill. Triple A is a complete joke and a waste of good money. I cancelled them over ten years ago because of poor service, I decided to try them again after a rep solicited me and assured me they were now restructured. I decided to try them again, and again I find them to be useless when you need them. The wait times are extremely outrageous, and the savings on other things including c/s is minimal. They have more business than they can handle leaving many people with long wait times. I recommend getting assistance through your finance co; an extended warranty or some other program because they are not worth it. read more

If they had a rating lower I would choose it. My water pump bust and ask to use my tow service to be towed to my dealership 200 miles away and they tell me it may take 48-72 hours before they can find someone to come and tow my vehicle. This is unacceptable. I pay for a service I cannot use. And it's not the first time, I requested for my vehicle to be towed less than a mile away from my home and they kept canceling my request and no one ever reached out or came. I had to find a different service to tow my truck. I'm extremely pissed and mad. Then the young lady on the phone tells me it's a great company to work for. I bet it is cause your not on the road stranded anywhere and you can't help me. Your getting paid good money from millions of customers for no service. What good are you!! read more

Broke down on the side of a 6 lane hwy and called AAA. They finally got back to us 2 hours later. The emt's were furious!!!! Will never carry AAA again after 20 years and this was the 1st time we needed them. What good are they? Lousy service and a waste of money!!! read more
