I didn't know how the Express Passes work, what a Park Hopper pass is, nothing. She broke everything down for me and made sure I understood everything before we headed to Orlando. She checked in with us after we got there and after we got home, though she explained everything in such detail beforehand that we didn't have any questions. You have to be so close to departure that, if you submit the application on line, you won't get the new ppt in time for the trip. Four stars. The website could have gien more info. 2. Step 2 is applying in person. The appointments are very early in the morning. Mine was for 6:45 am. I got there at 6:30 and they let me in early. Crowd control was pretty smooth. The people I talked to at the window in the lobby and two different windows on the 10th floor were quick, efficient and very professional. Five stars! 3. Step 3 is picking up the new passport. Apparently all the applications submitted in the mornng are processed and returned between 11:00 and 11:30 am. People were already in line when I arrived at 10:30. The guard was shouting instructions like a hall monitor in elementary school. They admit people to the building starting at 11:00 in batches of five. On the 10th floor you get a number like at the DMV and wait in a lobby to be called to a window. They hand them out as the passports are actually printed, not in the order of the numbered ticket they give you. 50 people who came in after me received their passports before I did. Go figure. That said, I had my new ppt and was out the door by 11:30. Four stars. BTW there is metered street parking a few blocks away on Elllis Street, John Wesley Dobbs Ave. (by the GSU law school) and on Peachrtree Center Ave. Update: I received an email Saturday afternoon informing me that the passport I had picked Friday morning was ready for pickup.

We were set to arrive early but got dropped off in the wrong spot by or Uber driver. We got help from staff at their own site daycare center and everyone was so friendly and hospitable that a shuttle service was radioed to pick us up and dropped us off in-front of the building where the tour was scheduled -- TOTAL SOUTHERN HOSPITALITY HANDS DOWN! FIRST: We checked in with security upon arrival and received a radio and lanyard. SECOND: We were brought into a room with other guests for an opening movie where we got to hear a bit of back story on the company. Our Tour Host: Evan Hodges was GREAT & Very Informative!!! THIRD: LET THE TOUR BEGAN!!! Saw the Test Kitchen and "the Nest" which is their training center. Got to see Chick-fil-A's History Museum which included old school cars and the Original BAT MOBILE!!! LASTLY: We were guided through Truett's office, saw a Closing Movie and Visited their Gift Shop! It was an unforgettable time that I was honored and grateful to have experienced such a storytelling experience inspired by the life and vision of Chick-fil-A's founder, S. Truett Cathy. It was a great BLESSING to have been invited at no cost to me and my guests! We easily stayed within budget and experienced some of the most incredible sights of the commonwealth. It was made even easier with an app they provided that contained everything we needed. Anna worked around some specifics we had in mind, was thoughtful and responsive, and even helped to facilitate some refunds we had coming our way. Rockett made all transportation, transfer, and hotel reservations, added a couple of tours, and we explored independently beyond that. This was not a budget trip. Our hotels were very nice, truly 5-star in most ways. Locations in both cities were away from the historic centers, but we're public transit savvy, so it was fine... Anna Potter of Rockett planned an incredible Budapest History Tour for us on our last day there -- it was the highlight of our vacation, Anna is Great ! We really loved both cities! Regarding our transportation, it was adequate, but a recurring hassle... Rockett somehow booked 3 different reservations, on 2 code-sharing airlines. We discovered this after our deposit, not before. A month prior to our departure, Rockett provided tickets on one airline, while the actual flights were on the other. This resulted in the loss of expensive seat upgrades (not refunded) and an inability to check-in online for any of our flights. Rockett blamed the airline(s) for all of this, but she chose the airlines, made all the reservations, and issued the tickets.. Also, we got stranded in Budapest, because our pre-paid transfer from hotel to train station didn't show up. Transportation was an expensive disappointment, and we never got much of an explanation, just casting blame about. I wish there were a 2 1/2 star rating. I came home feeling a bit taken advantage of, due to my lack of experience. I would highly recommend Anna Potter for personal tours, because of the effort she expended for us, but I would not recommend Rockett for your transportation needs ..
