It appears they don't want the business or are trying to spread the business to other State Farm agents in the area. I called Farmers on 1/6/2025 and they refused to refund this unauthorized $195 charge. I called the local office and corporates office too. I know they are breaking the law and don't have my permission to charge my credit card when ever they feel like it. I also, told Farmers to deleted my credit card information and shut off auto pay on 11/21/2024, which they never complied to my request.
