My experience recently has been absolutely horrid. Since they have switched to MAPFRE, that company has been a nightmare to work with, not giving me full information, taking three weeks to assess a total loss vehicle, claiming to cover storage fees and then charging me, not paying the lien that was taken out on the vehicle by the storage facility so I was doubly charged. I am still dealing with the insurance process from that accident more than 8 months later. MAPFRE has been anywhere from unhelpful to downright hostile throughout this process. The agents at Finck & Perras have not been willing to advocate for me at all. Again, please do not use this agency. They have not done their job as agents and the insurer they use has proven to be either incompetent or deliberately manipulative.
