I have never had a problem, but a recent need to update our health insurance since the rolling out of the ACA has left me wanting to give RAVE reviews about my customer service experience. Again, I've been with this office for a long time and have always been satisfied, have never had a problem. My interaction and need for help recently was a far more involved process and dealing with Brooks Reece as my insurance broker leaves me completely confident in this business. I have already referred another friend over due to the stellar knowledge and treatment I received. That's really all. I'd give this business an extra star on top if yelp allowed it!

Katie O. at Encharter took great care of me and gave me an excellent quote for both my car and my renter's insurance, coming in significantly lower than Progressive, whom I had used until then. I decided to go with Encharter right there and then, and that has turned out to be an excellent decision--I have since found out that their service doesn't deteriorate after you buy your policy, on the contrary. Every time I had to adjust my policy for some reason, my agent at Encharter was quick to respond, and even when the insurance company itself messed up on some of those changes, Encharter acted as my advocate and made sure it all got sorted out. This probably saved me countless hours on the phone talking to clueless customer service agents/brick walls. Normally, I would expect to have to pay a premium to receive this kind of service, but that's not the case here; the value proposition they offer is great. I'm a very happy Encharter customer and I highly recommend them.

Unfortunately, my mother went here last week because she had to renew her license. She drove from…read moreHolyoke, and it was an extremely busy day on the road. She was stuck in traffic for over an hour. After finally getting to AAA, she was treated awful by a staff member who was in my opinion, using her power against my mom for no reason at all. Long story short, my mom was turned away because they said the documents, she were not clear enough. She was treated as if she was stupid, and the staff member should be held accountable for this. She ended up going to the West Springfield one a few days later and they told her that the documents she had in Hadley were fine, and they don't know why the staff member turned her away. In my opinion, it was an abuse of power and sometimes when people are given power, they take it and run with it. Please hold this employee accountable for these actions.
