I spoke to my mom after and she was over the moon with how amazing they were and how they took care of her. It was truly a weight lifted off her shoulders. Then, they never invoiced me despite my attempt to pay when the truck was picked up. They'll me in August expecting payment but they never sent me an invoice. They called a few times and I kept telling them they never sent me the invoice. Mark, the General Manager, called me today yelling at me, claiming he spoke with me multiple times, and threatening to file a lien against the truck in-spite of the fact that they never sent me an invoice. When asked what phone number he tried to call he gave me two numbers that have never belonged to me before he gave me our actual phone number. Mark tried to tell me he faxed the invoice but I have literally never had a fax number or machine in my life. Absolutely shocked at their unprofessionalism, rudeness, and lack of ability running their office.
