What can I say about AAA? These guys are modern day automobile and travel utility superstars! Whether you are on the side of the road with a flat tire, run out of gas, need discounted movie tickets, travel or hotel deals or just an all around discount on pretty much anything, AAA has you covered. This location is nestled in the back of Quaker Crossing Plaza and offers its members so many powerful modern day advantages for life. I really can't say enough about this business. I have been a member since I first got my drivers license and I will probably always be a member. When it comes to roadside assistance these guys are second to none! Not only will they respond quickly and professionally, they will also follow up and check in on you during the process. Customer service and benefits from this establishment are excelent. Highly recommend everyone gets a membership asap! Makes a great christmas or birthday gift for loved ones and did I mention DISCOUNT MOVIE TICKETS !?! read more

Help planning your routes if you need that. Website shows construction areas as well. A call at any time really does get your flat fixed or your battery jumped, all by a trained and polite man (its always been men for me anyway), always feeling safe. When you call, its the first thing you are asked "are you safe" by the operator. Various discounts here and there with your AAA card. Then I walked in here. This location is located on Amelia Drive, near two different Strip centers - theres a Marshalls, Premier Liquors, Home Goods, Target, Kohls, Childrens Place, Justice for Girls, Oreck and more. AAA is on a corner here and has easy parking. It looks small from the front, but when you go in you see how large it is. Its pretty long. At this location the FIRST thing you see is a cash register. A large one. Unusual from my experiences in other AAA's. I was there to return some books we had not used. She was pretty snarky about it. I was surprised. Usually they are super nice and pleasant when we return maps or books. The place was busy, all the travel agents were working with people and there were a few people in the waiting area too. Im always glad to see that type of thing. But Ill avoid this location in the future. I want polite and pleasant help in a place like this. Sorry for the 2 stars AAA. Perhaps you can discuss "customer experience" with your public facing staff. **This rating is not about the AAA in general. For a small fee you get terrific coverage. If you drive alot AAA or a service like it can be worth every penny. Worth the investment. This rating is about this location, and the customer service I felt when there a few days ago.

The reservation only has a port a potties, so I have to stop here frequently to use the bathroom. The bathrooms are very nice, kept clean and are well lit, which has a nice safe feeling to it. They are off the little convenience store section which has your basics-snacks, drinks, etc. I will say- most recently my bathroom stall did not have any toilet paper, and as always, it was realized too late. So I had to do an expertly timed pantless dart into the neighboring stall! They also have a restaurant here, which I cannot comment on as I've never eaten here before. This stop seems very popular for truckers, and from what I gathered from overheard announcements, even has showers available for "professional drivers" which I think has got to be a really nice bonus. Bonus: free WiFi if you follow the prompts when logging on and you create an account! Overall, it's a quick stop off the 90 with gas, snacks, bathrooms and more, if you need it!

If you are traveling from the Buffalo Airport and want to get to your destination at the prescribed time, take Greyhound. I have seen 2 of their buses to Toronto pass by (on schedule) since I've been waiting for my Megabus. I wish I had spent the extra $5 on Greyhound and saved this colossal waste of time.

I used choice hotels website and decided on this one since the Econo Lodge down the street had terrible reviews on trip adviser. This hotel was fine but the service was even better. i believe its family owned. The front desk clerk who checked us in at 1030 at night was also serving breakfast at 10:00am. Every person we came across was nice. The rooms seemed to be updated somewhat.. friendly happy colors on the wall and flat screen TVs rather than old school hotel wall paper and 1960 box sets.It had a little kitchenette with a sink, larger hotel fridge and tons of cabinet space. I called at 9:59 to ask when breakfast was over since we over slept. The guy said to come on down. On our way out from breakfast i explained we'll be back in 30 minutes to check out, he told me no rush and to take my time which is unlike most hotels. We were here only 12 hours and it was a happy time. The only downside was they only had a smoking room available at 3pm when i booked it.. While we both smoke, i avoid smoking rooms in hotels. The room smelled pretty bad of smoke but hey what can you do. Also, they shower curtain could probably have been replaced. Again the service was great and we werent here long so i can't really complain too much. This hotel is only 25 minutes from niagara falls and right off of the highway.
