Although the manufacturer had a long lead time, the windows came in exactly when we were told. Steve and Ray arrived exactly when they said they would and did a great job with the removal and installation of the new PGT windows. Did a good job sealing both the exterior and interior. The noise level in my house has lessened which is great. It took some time to get them, but Joe LeLoup the owner always got back to me almost immediately, when ever I had a question. The windows are great, and about 8 months after install I had a tough time getting the windows open, as they are heavy and i am not that strong. Joe sent out his most experienced installer Randy and he fixed everything for me. He continued to work on it until I felt they were easy to open. Longer story: Our house is 2000 sq feet there are a total of 10 standard windows, 3 small bay windows, and 6 sliding glass panels. Not a huge job. Total cost just over $50K. We signed August 2022 (before Hurricane Ian) and paid the deposit. Hadn't heard from them so 6 months later called to see the status. Turns out with a divorce in the company and turn over we were forgotten about and the windows weren't ordered because no one from Window Geeks contacted our HOA back. So now we were going to be backed up with Hurricane Ian delays. July 2023 windows arrive for install in Sept should take 4-5 days. First they showed up unannounced while we were out of town to install in July but returned in Sept. One installer showed up instead of two. One window was missing. After 1.5 weeks 9 windows installed but they decided they couldn't all of a sudden install the bay windows. One slider had been damaged so wouldn't open so they ordered a replacement. Took a month of back and forth to find out the house bracing was good and bay windows installed Oct 2023. During this time I called to say how unhappy we were and the manager called my wife to yell at her because I complained about him. Took them months to admit they broke the missing window when they first arrived but forgot to reorder it. Finally Feb 2024 the missing window was installed. Nov 2024 the damaged slider was replaced. I spoke with the owner about how outrageous our experience was and he offered a 10% discount. Which by the way was less than our original cost was going to be. When they forgot to order the windows originally standards changed so we had to purchase higher rated/more expensive windows. Also originally we were going to do 0% financing through the company. Nov 2024 that was no longer an option. So his 10% discount didn't even add up to the savings we were going to have. Absolute horrible experience.

Luke's years of experience and credentials spoke for themselves, as did the countless glowing five-star reviews. He gave us the information we needed, answered all of our questions, and then simply told us to reach back out when we were ready. After getting more than six estimates, we knew Luke was our guy. His pricing was fair, his knowledge was impressive, and we ultimately chose CLA for both our front and back impact doors and our impact windows. Once we placed our deposit and scheduled installation, Luke's exceptional customer service didn't stop. Less than a week later, he called to let us know our installation date needed to be shifted because of a production delay. What impressed us most was that he communicated three weeks before installation, rather than waiting until the last minute. That gave us plenty of time to rearrange our work schedules. He continued to check in before installation and walked us through everything we needed to do to prepare--which honestly wasn't much! He even took the time to talk us through the process when we were feeling nervous and made sure we felt confident moving forward with CLA. Installation day was just as impressive. My husband was blown away by how well the crew communicated, how efficiently they worked together as a team, and how creatively they handled an unexpected challenge. We had a block-glass window replaced with a traditional window, which left us with a large gap in the drywall. Since we aren't quite ready to remodel that area yet, Luke came up with a creative and beautiful solution that looks so much better than leaving an eyesore for the next several years while we save for the remodel. That kind of problem-solving and customer care says so much about the company. Not to mention when I came home our house was so clean that I thought that my husband cleaned, but no CLA took fantastic steps to keep our house dust free. You didn't even know they were there! And even after the installation, Luke continued to go above and beyond. He personally followed up about scheduling our inspection before leaving for vacation. Talk about staying on top of things! We truly cannot say enough good things about CLA Windows & Doors and especially Luke. Alex was quick with his reply and we arranged to meet at my home on the 4th of July, and he arrived exactly on time. At first, it took a few moments to catch on to his accent. This very pleasant handyman is formerly a Russian, and he is perfectly happy to be alive and working in the home of the brave. In he walked, very confident, with a fairly lrge satchel full of assorted tools. I brought him to the site of the offending troublesome valve and he set to work on it at once. In what was probably less than 20 minutes, he had the toilet flushing perfectly, at least 4 times, allowing a fill each time. Congratulations Alex! QUALITY: One cannot argue with success. The job was handled properly, promptly, with hardly a word spoken. At one point, he wanted to draw my attention to a part, and when he wasn't able to say it, he apparently tooked it up and showed me the translated word on his phone. Clever, this fellow, quick and clever. VALUE: Alex had agreed with me in advance regarding the fee. He was happy to take my check and after talking with me in general about some painting (Ceiling) I might wish to complete, for which he gave me a fine estimate, he drove away.
