They offered to provide me with a heavy materials concrete bin for less than $400 and would have it delivered as soon as I needed. The team was outstanding, within the next few days they had delivered the bin and that same day I was able to fill it and have it ready for pick up the next day. I compared Penske, U-Haul and Budget and Penske had the best rate for a simple 17 mile move. They also provide a AAA discount which made it even more valuable to us. However, I only decided to post this review because of how incredibly simple the process was from beginning to end! Easily reserved online. Easily cancelled my reservation so that I can order a larger truck (the 10ft truck did not include a ramp, which we needed). And when it came time to pick up, the guy I worked with was so incredibly nice and helpful. Drop-off was simple as well. The guy was also pretty friendly so they have really great customer service here. No hidden fees, very reasonably priced, and simple process. I'll continue to come to this location whenever possible. Only downside is that they don't have after-hour drop-off which is what I was hoping for since I work the next day but the area isn't the best so I understand why. Rent from here, you won't regret it!

The morning HES and crew arrived, I had second thoughts on removing a certain area of my Satillo tiled deck and tiled patio. Haney was so understanding and explained that he'd start on the concrete and enclosure removal to give me time to see/decide when they get to the deck portion. This put me right at ease. When his crew arrived, they got right on task, like a systematic work plan. This was so reassuring for me (i've had my share of disappointments in the past from contractors.) HES crew delivered. "THANK YOU". They did such great work and sure know what they are doing. This crew worked so hard and worked practically nonstop in the HEAT. They had a positive vibe which was nice to see while doing such hard work. THE JOB / was to demolish a large patio with thick concrete patio, remove a partial patio enclosure and Saltillo tiles on a large upper deck area. They also had to saw off tiles for a sewer reroute to be accessed and coordinated this with the sewer contractor. They are truly 5 star fantastic team. Im happy i found HES. The value for this project was very reasonable.
