I sent out a request for quotes through Yelp and I'm really glad i did. Hired Adv Disposal based off their reviews, quick responses and pricing. Pricing was the best once i asked for measurements of the 10yd-15yd sizes, BUT you also need to see what each place charges after a certain weight. Adv Disposal was the best in terms of allowing up to 2tons (4000lbs), before they charge you more over this max. Service was prompt, courteous, and very clear in instructions. This was my second time renting a dumpster from Advance Disposal, and when I do my next big cleanout, I'll be calling them again! They answer the phone quickly, offer helpful advice, and are very willing to work with you on schedules. I had a dumpster out on the exact date I was hoping for with only 2 days notice. The driver was very friendly and expertly maneuvered the 40 yard dumpster into our backyard with a house and fence close by and a lot of trees hanging down. Nothing even came close to being hit or damaged. Every employee I spoke to made sure that I understood what could or couldn't go in the dumpster, or what items might incur an extra cost. I appreciated the clear communication. And a tip - if you aren't sure about whether or not to get the 20 or the 40 yard, just get the 40 yard. Its cheaper than getting two 20 yard ones. You'd be surprised at how fast you can fill it, especially with any yard waste. We ordered a dumpster, they gave clear concise instructions for when they would drop it off. I wasn't here when they dropped it off, but I was home when it was time for them to pick it up. Let me tell you Allen was absolutely amazing and professional. We had a unique situation with neighbors being parked across the street. Which wouldn't allow for Allen to get the truck in to pick up the dumpster, so I had my neighbor move the vehicle that was blocking, however, I guess she moved it only like 3 ft. But the next day, he came back and tried his hardest to get the truck in, he got it, he was extremely cautious and handled this whole situation with nothing but care and professionalism!! If I could give this company 10 stars I would!! I needed the smallest size dumpster for the excess soil in my front yard DIY remodel. They didn't have the smallest size available when I ordered but they gave me the next size up with no charge for the difference in cost. Working with Debbie on the phone was great. She was very transparent about the costs and what the landfill would accept as "clean soil." Danny delivered the dumpster the next day and he was just so sweet. My mom was entertained by the sheer size of the dumpster and how Danny was able to get it in our driveway. The dumpster itself was very solid and clean on the inside. When it came time to have it picked up, another gentleman came by (I forgot to ask his name). My street is narrow and he did a great job getting the filled dumpster out of my driveway. Impressive driving skills as it was a tight squeeze for sure. She confirmed that the backdoors opened completely, the price, said it could be delivered the next day in the driveway next to the hedge, and emailed the contract. I signed and the next morning a nice driver delivered the dumpster in the driveway next to the hedge, opened the rear door and I was ready to start. Pick-up was even easier. I've rented out two dumpsters from advance disposal for a home renovation we were doing. The employees at advance disposal are nothing short of amazing. I was not on site during both drop offs. The second drop off, they were unable to put the dumpster in because of my neighbors tow truck- it was in the way. Donald, the drop off guy, was gracious enough to go out of his way to knock on my neighbors door and ask for them to move their tow truck so he could make the drop off. Not only that, but Debbie has always been so helpful and gracious on the phone with extensions to our dumpster rental. All in all, I would recommend advance disposal.
