I asked for an estimate and in less than 5 hours they had already sent me an estimate and possible time slots to decide when was convenient for me to have them clean my garage. I called several companies, but DDJR offered me the best price; later on, while they were engaged in the work, I realized they knew what they were doing. They came two days after I contacted them; about 8am they were at my door asking if they were able to start. By 1pm they had removed all the junk, cleaned the garage floor and walls, loaded the junk in their truck, and I was ready to say goodbye forever to my junk. Matias, the owner, is a courteous, friendly yet professional guy that took his job seriously; the guy working with him followed his direction so there was no idle time for which I was charged. Several times I showed my face by the garage to find out how things were going and while Matias explained to me how the decloaking process was going, the other guy kept working. They brought the necessary equipment and utilized the time effectively. Additionally, I got a really good price. I certainly will not hesitate to hire them again or to recommend them to family, friends and others.

Crossroads is an incredible brand new storage location accommodating motor-homes, boats, vehicles…read moreand many other storage needs. We visited the facility last week and were truly blown away by all the features and the exceptional customer service. They have lots of enclosed units in a variety of sizes, with the largest big enough to store our 45-foot motor-home. The enclosed units have temperature control and their own electrical panels along with coded access. There are also canopy options, which have electrical hook-ups AND fire suppression systems. And the entire facility is surrounded by a high wall, security cameras and storm drainage. In fact, we learned the entire facility has been built to withstand severe weather. Lastly, the owners are wonderful (which was mirrored by the other customers we met last week) - this is a family owned business and you can tell their genuine customer service and communications come from the heart AND the sincere desire to be successful by way of providing a great storage option with excellent service. Pricing options give real value for money and with no flexing. And we were told we can use the wash bay for free. We researched lots of places in the surrounding area and we would absolutely state this is the best option by far. In fact, we've not seen anything like it anywhere. 10/10. Thank you, Dana and Don for the tour! We will be back.

A few years ago Maximum opened up and we gave them a try, and from now on we only get our parts directly from them. We order auto parts from Maximum and Joe (the owner) and his staff are super friendly and know what they're doing. If they don't have the part in stock they can usually get it the same day or the next day delivered directly to you. They're also open to public, I believe you get the same discount but you pay the sales tax. If you need affordable aftermarket body parts, give them a call. Their prices are way more reasonable compared to Advance Auto or even junk yards. Sometimes it is better to buy aftermarket parts than used oem parts. It is 2017, and aftermarket parts are not the same as they were 20 years ago. Many people are skeptical but trust me, you won't even notice any difference in quality or physical appearance. Aftermarket parts industry has really stepped up their game. All body shops that I know rebuild cars using 90% aftermarket parts. LKQ staff is rude and they treat you like you're a piece of ****. They order wrong parts and they're parts come damaged and they blame it on you. Certified

In my Opinion dealing with Robert is best avoided. I hired them to remove my late mother's moldering RV from our back yard. Once Justin arrived he and his helper worked hard and long to get the job done. The RV was too large to haul off so it had to be demolished. The price went from $4800 to $7350. We needed it done so I accepted, reluctantly. Anyway, they brought a machine from Sunbelt Rentals and tore into RV, breaking It down to manageable size chunks to be hauled off, but also creating lots of small debris. I have to say Justin was excellent and diligent about getting it all cleaned up. I wasn't happy with the helper running into a bench, a boat trailer, and a tree with the equipment. I'm sure Sunbelt won't be happy with the damage to their equipment. They finished Friday evening. BUT the real problem occurred when they completed the work and I gave them the check for the final payment. Admittedly I screwed up and forgot to sign the check. I didn't notice, Justin didn't notice, their office didn't notice and deposited it. Not signing it was a complete mistake on my part which I fully acknowledge. But what occurred after was uncalled for. I get a call Saturday evening from Justin telling me about check and incoming phone call from office Wanting credit card and 3% fee. Stephanie (owners daughter) called, I asked about multiple resolutions to fix the problem (I wasn't interested in paying an additional $145) so i asked if I could meet someone and just sign the check ?, can I FedEx a cashiers check Monday morning ?, can I notify my bank to clear check ? I was instructed to use bank zelle to pay them Immediately. Okay. Haven't done zelle before but will give it a try. Stephanie stayed on the phone with me while I went on line and paid $3500 (zelle daily max 24 hr limit) of the $4850 balance. With the agreement to pay the balance the next day. IN THE MEANTIME I'm getting hateful hostile aggressive unhinged text messages from Robert (the owner) calling me a criminal, a check kiting felon, going to take me to court, going to ruin my credit, going to ruin my life for years. WTH ?! This went on late into the night, and continued AFTER the initial Zelle went through. FINALLY he stopped, expecting the next days zelle payment. The next morning I go onto bank to do final zelle payment, can't, have to wait till 24 hour window has closed. It will have to be evening instead of immediately in the morning. So Robert "The Unhinged" starts in again, going to court, criminal felon, blah blah blah. It was off the charts insanity. All this over a simple mistake that I began trying to correct immediately upon notification. And one that they didn't catch either. The final balance payment went through Sunday evening Via zelle, as requested by them. There was never a problem with covering the cost, I could have paid for it 10 times over. In my humble opinion I don't think any female should ever consider hiring this company. Not because of Justin the hard worker, or Stephanie the poor admin in the middle, but because of Robert who appears to be pathologically dangerous In my opinion. Dealing with his level of insanity was bothersome to say the least. He was finally told to cease and desist, I would gladly go to court. He got his final payment and after ALL his crazy hostility I got a simple "Thank You" and he finally shut up. There is no amount of junk removal that is worth dealing with Robert. read more

He worked with airport facilities management (who asked me where I found such a great guy), accommodating their time restrictions, and went above and beyond in every aspect. Though airport facilities supervisor said there was no way he could empty the hangar in three loads (one of which was 5,000 lbs.), Lucas' strategic packing enabled him to keep to his estimate. His fiance' is office manager and of the same caliber in smarts and wok ethic.
