Based on my experience, I would not recommend this location. Their approach to customer service and retention feels dismissive and unprofessional. Rates seem to increase arbitrarily, and there is no willingness to work with customers, even when the facility is not at full occupancy. It's frustrating to see a business risk losing a long‑term customer over a small amount, especially when maintaining relationships should be a priority. The staff has consistently come across as rude and unhelpful. While the building is climate‑controlled, it's far from high‑end. The carts are broken, the units are dark with no lighting, and overall, the facility lacks attention to customer experience. In short, the service and management have made this a disappointing place to store my belongings. After making a complaint to the district manager, it is evident that the rates are more important that customers and I will be removing my items asap. Seems like such a small thing to lose a customer over but in the end, it is all about perception and mine is that we are not valued.

It was a newish facility at the time so I figured I'd give it a shot. BOY WAS THAT A MISTAKE. Are the facilities nice? Sure. Is the customer service good? Hell no. My rent is raised every 3-4 months. I've had to use storage facilities quite a few times in the past 10 years and I'm use to a yearly rental raise. That's pretty standard. What I'm not use to is the rent being increase by $50 in a period of two years because it goes up every few months. I was promised my rate would be locked for a year only to have it raised for a fourth time like 4 months later. I believe Melissa the "lovely" manager keeps doing this to me because I'm overseas and do not have the option of moving my things to a new facility. My husband is junior enlisted in the military and we are barely surviving in the high cost area we are stationed. We can't afford a trip to the US just to move our stuff to a place with better customer service. After expressing my discontent every time to the manager there I get back an apology email filled with excuses, poor grammar, and typos. It really makes you wonder what type of company this is when they hire a manager that can't even use spell check before she sends a business email. I feel like I'm being completely ripped off and made the unfortunate mistake of storing my stuff with a scam company. I sincerely hope no one else gets suckered into storing this stuff here. I called to change my email address a month later and they didn't change. They claim to send out emails for rent increases. I haven't gotten any. They hadn't changed my email. Edna was the one I spoke with. I called one day and was told that I have to come into the office to just to change the email. I was in TX and CA. They cut my lock off at least twice and charged me $19.00 for each lock rental. They can clearly see my address on the account was TX. On Feb. 10th, I went into the office because I had/have a problem with the billing. They had a lock on my unit again! I changed to my lock and when I went into my unit there was one another lock on the floor. I turned it into the office and wrote down my correct email and confirmed it with the lady. On April 19th, 2026. I get a call saying I need to come put a lock on my unit. I told the lady I had a lock on there. Someone had gone into my unit and stole some of my belongings. Over the next 8.5 years that number went from $49.99 a month, to $144 a month. Yes, $144 a month for a unit that if a wa a new customer, would cost me $49.99 a month. I spoke to management, and they kept telling me that the cost increases were in keepign with inflation. The highest infaltion rate in the 8.5 years, was 8.6%, what they were charging was almost 176% increase. I tried calling the regional manager, he ignored me. The local manager said "we can give you a 6 month discound of $21 a month" That was the last straw. I moved across the street to Uhaul, and am paying $50.00 a month. I spoke with the manager of the Uhaul facility, she said $144 a month was CRIMINAL. She said the last cost increase was 2 years ago, and it was $5.00. This place is a cash machine for the owners. I urge anyone who uses this facility, look at your bill. I never missed a payment, never violated any of their rules, I was a model customer. They are ridiculous. Theives.
