From the moment I called to schedule a unit, I knew I had made the right decision. When you walk into the lobby, you are greeted with smiles from Keral, Katroya or Angela. This phenomenal trio keeps the property pristine and runs things like a well-oiled machine. The bathroom is spotless and always smells good, and there is hot coffee for guests. I appreciated that Ms. Debbie even called me from the Corporate office to see if I had any questions or needed anything once I was moved in. On the property itself, I love that there is a gate code and security surveillance system on site and that the access hours are convenient. There is plenty of accessible parking, and units on all floors are accessible because of the elevator. If you need extra space to store your belongings, I highly recommend Right Fit Storage on W. Do Not Use All My Sons for a Full-Home Move (Hire Two Men and a Truck Instead)…read more TL;DR: All My Sons is entirely incapable of handling a full-home move. Their estimators are incompetent, their crews are unprepared, management will blame you for their mistakes, and they will charge you the legal maximum regardless of the actual time spent. Save yourself the nightmare and use Two Men and a Truck instead--we had to hire them to finish the job All My Sons abandoned. The "Expert" Estimation: We hired them to move our home (2 beds, 2.5 baths, office, sunroom, living room, kitchen, no major appliances [fridge / W&D / stove all stayed]) about an hour away. During the quote, we did a meticulously detailed walkthrough through video call, opening every closet and transparently showing everything. The estimator laughably bragged about having "30 years of experience" and assured us that 1 truck, 4 people, and 8 hours was all we needed. When we asked if we should disassemble our own furniture to save time, he told us not to bother and to let the movers do it. Moving Day Chaos: Fast forward to moving day, and nothing aligned with our paperwork. First, the crew size that showed up didn't match the quote. Second, they immediately announced they "don't disassemble" standing desks. (The 30-year estimator probably should have mentioned that). We took it apart ourselves without issue, but the laziness was already apparent. The Truck & The Treadmill: About halfway through, the crew started complaining that the truck was getting full and we were "way over weight" (a bizarre complaint for an hourly-based move). They eventually forced us to choose between moving our sunroom furniture or our treadmill. We chose the heavy treadmill. The crew walked into the room, decided it was too big to fit through the doorway, and refused to maneuver it, take the door off the hinges, or disassemble it. They ultimately left the treadmill behind, along with a large rug, patio furniture, and part of the sunroom furniture. Unprofessional Management: To add insult to injury, we received a call from management as soon as the crew areived to deliver. Instead of apologizing for leaving half our house behind, they actually chastised US for being "way over weight." Forgive me, but isn't accurately assessing the weight, truck size, and crew needed the exact job of your "30-years-experience" estimator? I would have gladly accepted a higher, more accurate initial estimate. Instead, they botched the logistics and verbally berated us for having too much stuff. The Billing Scam: Here is the ultimate kicker- the crew finished delivering the portion of our home they actually bothered to move at *exactly* the 8-hour mark we were quoted. (Remember, despite all their complaints, this was an hourly-rate move.) Yet, All My Sons charged us the absolute maximum amount (150% of the quoted amount). We paid a massive premium for an incomplete job, and then we ultimately had to hire a secondary, actually competent moving company to get the rest of our things. All My Sons runs a shady operation. They will pretend they can handle your move, blame you when their logistics fail, and still ensure they drain you for the absolute maximum amount possible. Avoid them at all costs.

First, they called and said they had to change her moving time because they decided to take another job. Apparently, keeping a commitment to a customer who had booked weeks in advance wasn't important. Then the communication became a complete joke. They kept texting her to "call us," but when she called, they wouldn't answer the phone. She sent multiple texts asking for someone to call her back and was ignored. The real shock came the day before the move. They emailed her a final bill that was more than $2,000 higher than the price they had quoted her. Waiting until the last possible minute to spring a huge price increase on someone who has no time to find another mover is completely unacceptable. Especially someone on a fixed income. It felt like they were trying to take advantage of the fact that she was out of options. Because of their unprofessional behavior, we had to scramble at the last minute to find another moving company. They turned what should have been an organized move into a stressful nightmare. If this is how they treat customers who book early, pay their deposit, and trust them to do the job, I can't imagine how they treat everyone else. Zero stars. Do NOT recommend. Stay far away from this company.

The employees feel an urgency to assist customers first, so even if they are at work in the back area with various tasks they emerge quickly to get you squared away. My needs at this store have ranged from simple Amazon returns with a QR code that take about 10 seconds, all the way up to larger print jobs on heavier weight glossy paper, as well as shipping items around to various places. I've not been charged a computer fee, as things seem to work quite nicely if you just load the file you need printed onto a USB stick and hand it to them, and tell them what you need done. On top of that, the store has never been less than clean, even during the busy holiday season. I also like that my prints come in a nice envelope that I can re-use and often do. The printing charges are reasonable at least for the frequency in which I need them. I'll continue to use this very convenient UPS location!
