I left the skirt with them for dry cleaning and pleat pressing. It took a week and the end result was perfect. It almost looked brand new. Pricing was pretty fair. In terms of dry cleaning and pressing, they are good option to consider.

However, today was the last straw. I tried on four pieces and asked about the alteration prices. When she told me it would cost $38 to alter a dress I bought for $25, I simply said that didn't make sense to me financially. Out of nowhere, she began yelling at me--in front of another customer--accusing me of wasting her time and demanding $10 for it. She told me she would never do my alterations again (which I had no intention of continuing anyway), and falsely claimed that I always complain about her prices. This was completely untrue. The whole experience was upsetting, unexpected, and completely unprofessional. I was shocked by how aggressive and rude she became over a simple conversation.
