This place was very clean. Machines are efficient and do a good job. The staff are friendly and helpful. Zero sketchy vibe.

My washer suddenly stopped spinning like it should so I needed to wash my clothes before a service person was able to repair it. I needed a laundromat so I drove to the location. The place served its purpose but they can certainly use an upgrade. The machines use coins which is so outdated, getting ones that require a credit card might help. Being there made me feel like I stepped back in time. The workers were friendly and helpful, the price was unbeatable. Would I go back, maybe , but I'm so glad I won't have to. read more

Absolute amazing service. I dropped off 3 loads of clothes. Jeans pants dresses tops. The gentleman helped me carry my heavy baskets inside the store. Welcomed me and weighed my items. I drop them off at 9 and they were ready around 1pm. I got a call to come them up. Service was fast considering I had so much stuff. My dresses and shirts were on hanger provided by them. Items were folded crisply in bags and my baskets were return. This laundromat was clean and tidy! The owner just called me a lying sack of shit and said he was going to post a video of me online. Never have I ever felt so threatened at a business. Absolute worst. I came somewhere about 8pm because I have last minute company and need to wash bedding. The worker watched me bring my loads in several times and said nothing about the closing time until I started half of the bedding I need to wash. Then she told me I couldn't do anymore when I already had put the soap in the washer. She said I should have read the sign. The sign is on the door but very dark with a tinted window. Why watch me start half and then stop me. Would have been more helpful to let me finish our not let me start at all. Now it's 8:45 and she's turning off lights my bedding is still in the wash. Washer beware.... They are not helpful. Also there is no handicap parking space in the lot.... Which I need. read more

It's the little things in life that are will please me. Example I drop my clothes off first thing in the morning wasn't expecting to hear anything back until the end of the day and Nicole, who is awesome by the way, call me before lunch and said all my clothes were washed folded and ready for pickup for very very reasonable price. I hate doing laundry and it would have taken me seriously a full day if not longer to do this weekend and now she's saved me it's on a time that I can put back into spending with my family definitely recommend this place. read more

Very neat & clean. Had a $20 on hand needed to get x2 $10's. Younger lady that's works there very nice& polite exchanged the bills for me. Was outside in my car and my clothes were done washing, She went out to my car and respectfully let me know it was done so I could start drying. Very clean smells good. I notice that the existing reviews are all prior to Fall 2021, and my review would have been 5-star excellent as well, however it appears that ownership has changed at the time that they installed new machines, and my experience there on several occasions since then was less than stellar. The gentleman that used to work there (I'm assuming the owner) was always friendly and super helpful. Loved the place. After the new machines, prices went up, there is still no indoor seating, heat and A/C is lacking, one restroom and nothing at all updated (except for the machines, which are still not great). I have switched to Hi-Spin Laundromat on Monroe Rd. Clean, bright, heat and air, constantly maintained/cleaned by friendly caring staff, plenty of indoor seating, three televisions, vending machines for laundry needs and snacks, machines take cards so you don't need to constantly feed handfuls of quarters, 4 or 5 different sizes of high-end Electrolux machines that do a superior job at cleaning and spinning. can't say enough good about Hi-Spin. back to Indian Trail laundromat.....the "ladies" that are running the show (I haven't seen the gentleman since the new machines were installed) are rude and unprofessional, lying and highly accusatory and refuse to take responsibility for their issues. One of them even followed me to my car, yelling and threatening the entire way out!!! With all of that said, along with their high prices, there is really just no reason to go there...if it's sheer convenience, drive the extra 5 miles to Hi-spin for lower-priced and much higher quality cleaning! read more

Visiting the area and we needed to do some laundry and found this location on Yelp. Washer and dryers were in working order and facility was clean. Attendant was friendly and helpful. The facility itself is a bit run down and could use a refresh. I would use this location again if needed. read more

I've visited this laundromat about four times in the past year. Each visit has been nice. The staff is helpful and friendly. The machines work effectively and efficiently. I'm usually in an out in about 1 to 1:5 hours. The turnover is quick here. I don't recall ever having to wait for a machine. Though I haven't used their drop off service I have seen the staff tending to drop off customers clothes and bedding and they do an great job folding and preparing them for the customers. read more

My husband, myself & our 4 yo went here to do an absolute ton of spring cleaning laundry yesterday (it gets back logged like this periodically because we don't have laundry at our house & usually do laundry at my dad's). OMG this is BY FAR the cleanest nicest friendliest best laundromat in Union County. First of all, only 1 machine in the entire place was out of order (for comparison, in every laundromat in Monroe, at least half the machines are broken, the rest eat your change or barely work), all the machines were clean, obviously well maintained, very reasonably priced (giant $6 washer holds 3 big blue ikea bags full of clothes FYI). They have nice touches like arcade games (my kid was enthralled by Ms Pac Man), vending machines. But by far, the best part was the outstanding service from Robin, the owner's new bride. Such a sweet heart! She was so incredibly helpful and kind. What a nice place, they blow the competition away! read more

My washer is malfunctioning... never been to a laundromat before... these folks are awesome... educated me on their machines and how they work, even ran my laundry while i went out to an ATM to get cash. Went back a few days later with a problem load that needed special attention... they worked with me until everything was perfect! Highly recommended! read more

My first trip to the laundry mat ever went really well. Our washer at home broke so I had at least 5 loads of laundry to do. I wasn't sure which machine was the washer & which was the dryer & the difference between the different sized ones there. Right away a guy working there pointed me to the large washers so I only had 2 loads instead of 5. Then I was able to dry all of my laundry in one Jumbo dryer. It cost about $14 overall, but I didn't mind paying because it was much faster doing all at once than letting it pile up for many loads later. Also it was a clean facility and everyone was friendly. Not a creepy place at all. Just wished they had wi-fi. read more
