Ivan was even able to address our misaligned original window trim. Now our drafty house feels sealed and quiet, with a noticable decrease in the time the heater is running. Kirill was responsive to any questions and worked with us to resolve a misunderstanding of weekend scheduled work. Ivan, Roman, and Teras were all attentive to our interior and made a point to clean up afterwards.

When I said I wasn't ready to sign a contract on the spot, I was told that if I didn't sign that day, they wouldn't come back because it "takes too much time" to draft a contract. That was honestly shocking and didn't sit right with me. While Avery was polite, the pressure to commit immediately and the unwillingness to respect a customer's need to consider their options felt very unprofessional. I left the experience feeling uncomfortable and decided not to move forward.
