Looking for a replacement of a single window as we wanted a different style. Looked for a local company and Harley's reviews were Outstanding. We were also offered a full window inspection, which we accepted as our home and windows were 30 years old. Inspection only found 5 windows that showed wear; however, we opted to get a quote for all 23. We had a rough idea how much a total window replacement would cost. The sales representative was friendly and informative. We reviewed all of the options and styles and chose the option just short of replacement with wood windows. We chose this option specifically as the replacement would not affect outside or inside trim, so no need for follow up repair. Within a few days a Harley's team came and measure and numbered each window with the windows then made to order. Scheduling around our travel plans, the installers came a few weeks later and had all the windows replaced in a day, with the 2nd team the following day to perform all the caulking and cleaning. Clean up was performed each day. There was an issue with 1 window - a different style than requested. It was re-ordered by the project manager and replaced within a week. The new window styles let me more light and we are very pleased with the result. read more

I had a pretty disappointing experience with Harley Windows. The one positive I'll give them is that they were able to come out the same day for an inspection, which was convenient. However, things quickly went downhill during the estimate. I was surprised to learn they don't do repairs at all--only full window replacements. I wish that had been clearly communicated upfront before scheduling the visit. The overall interaction also felt overly aggressive and pushy. As a first-time homeowner looking into window replacement, I needed time to think things through. When I said I wasn't ready to sign a contract on the spot, I was told that if I didn't sign that day, they wouldn't come back because it "takes too much time" to draft a contract. That was honestly shocking and didn't sit right with me. While Avery was polite, the pressure to commit immediately and the unwillingness to respect a customer's need to consider their options felt very unprofessional. I left the experience feeling uncomfortable and decided not to move forward. BEWARE: DO NOT GIVE THEM YOUR CONTACT INFORMATION. For months, Harley Exteriors has harassed me with phone calls from different phone numbers (to circumvent my blocking of those numbers) at all hours of the day for days on end. When I finally answered and said I wasn't ready to make an appointment, Harley Exteriors abruptly hung up on me. Appalling customer service aside, they have continued to harass and badger me with more phone calls. I inadvertently answered another call from them again about a week later from yet another phone number, and I asked to be removed from their call list. Today, I received yet ANOTHER pestering phone call from this harassing, abusive company that is clearly violating Do Not Call lists and registries. Again, a different phone number. The woman calling from 360-362-7212 at 4:00pm PT refused to provide her own name but said she was from Harley Exteriors. Again, I politely said verbatim, "Please remove me from your call lists." As I asked why I wasn't removed before, I was abruptly hung up on mid-sentence AGAIN. Harley Exteriors is violating federal laws, blatantly disregarding Do Not Call lists, harassing and badgering people whose information they collect through shady tactics like "contests" which appear to be a scam and fake and are just data harvesting. This formally local company was bought out by a private equity firm in 2024. They are running false ads on King5 claiming to still be locally owned. When. I called them to ask why they were providing false ads, I was threatened with legal action. The state of WA is currently investigating said false claims. They apparently think the people of WA are stupid. If you want to support locally owned honest companies, this is obviously not the one. read more

Harley Exterior has been wonderful! The installation of our windows last year was fast and efficient, so when it was time to replace the front door, the choice was easy. Tatyana came to our home, showed up on time to go over all of the wonderful door options they have, went over the different types of glass, hardware, and finishes. Tatyana was personable, sweet, knowledgeable and exceptional! We have now taken delivery and installation of our doors, and they are so much better than the catalog could have portrayed. The installers were professional, and in great spirits even though it was a torrential downpour for the duration of the install. When the job was done, they cleaned up so well, you would not have known the doors had just been installed. We will continue using Harley as we keep checking projects off the list. read more

I'm here to share my experience with this company: 7/30/25 First contact with Harley Exteriors 8/13/25 Requested window information for HOA approval 8/21/25 Finally receive info from Stephen for my HOA. This is also order date 9/10/25 HOA approval for windows. Stephen would let me know of install date 9/12/25 First email to install windows on 9/22 this email was incorrect 9/16/25 Second email to install on 9/26 : 9/24/25 email to install 9/26 9/25/25 Email sent 9:01am to confirm install on 9/26 9/25/25 Received text at 1:40pm windows are delayed 9/28/25 New install date 10/03 10/1/25 Email to install 10/3 10/3/25 One window installed. Trim was supposed to be replaced. No trim. They used trim I had, was incorrect size. Needed some thing put up Was told by installers not to say anything. Second window had incorrect design. Window was rejected. 10/3/25 Tried contacting Stephen no response; spoke with someone else who said trim was on contract; would be taken care of. 10/6/25 Contacted office since I hadn't heard back regarding window. 10/7/25 Stephen called me to let me know he would be in touch when new window arrives 10/15/25 Sent text regarding window status. Was upset with lack of communication. Asked for next estimate of install date. Received text window would arrive 10/29 install date 10/31 10/21/25 Sent email to ask for trim info to paint trim prior to install 10/27/25 Asked again for trim information. Stephen sent text with info 10/31/25 Installers arrived to install window. Was told trim I bought was wrong size and couldn't use. Showed me install order with trim on it. Install order had my PERSONAL INFO ON IT. Took pic of this information. Installer also broke 4 garden lights during installation 11/7/25 Left message with office regarding window installation and no response. No one will return my calls or texts. I am very unhappy with this company. The communication was one of the worst I've ever experienced. I paid a delivery fee on top of the cost of trim. It's painted so I can't return it. read more

I received at least four spam phone calls from this company. They claimed that I had expressed interest in having windows replaced. I never contacted this company asking for information. they apparently purchase lists and make spam phone calls repeatedly. When I called to complain, I received a massive amount of pushback from both people that I spoke with. They were incredibly defensive and kept stating that I had expressed interest. Both people I spoke with said that I may receive calls from other companies. why warn me about other calls unless they had already received complaints from others about this? Buyers beware- I paid thousands of dollars to have all of the windows replaced in our home. I called to tell them I had a problem with my two living room windows and would like to have their tech come out and check for a leak. I was informed that their wonderful full coverage warranty does not cover them to come out to inspect THEIR INSTALLATION! I would have to pay $300 for their Services. My windows had been installed about 2-3 months prior. I was stunned that they expected me to pay $300 for them to check their installation after sending them pictures of water all over the window frame. If the wall gets wet from a leak, I will be starting a lawsuit against them for inferior installation! read more

We have had our windows for a couple of years, they are ok. The problems are, the sales person promised we could replace our sliding glass doggy door with a smaller on at a discounted price and when we called and asked about it later on we would have to buy a brand new door for over 3k. And to replace the dog flap I have had to call back 3 times over a 2 month period and they said they would call back and I never got a call back. Then they quoted me on price and charged a higher price. I also need a new screw for a window latch and they can't seem to get that either, with the same no response situation.
