They were very professional on the phone, kept their appointment time, and the gentleman who came out was very personable. He advised what type of ants they were and proposed a treatment plan and we proceeded to sign a 1-year contract. Unfortunately, we truly came to regret choosing Native. We were told by the salesman that they would clear all the webbings and spiders from outside the home, but this was NEVER done during ANY of our treatments. The exterminator who came said that the red ants were a different type of ant than the salesman who came, which was off-putting. While the red ant situation in the bathroom did resolve for the most part, we would still one or two every once in a while, and the overall pest control was a joke. During the entire year of service we continued having sugar ants in the kitchen, centipedes that would make their way inside as well as in the yard, and a million black crazy ants allllll over the patio and around the yard. We called to complain and they supposedly sent a "manager" out to us, but he barely discussed anything with my husband. My husband wasn't even aware he was dealing with a "manager" and I had to let him know after the fact. He said the person who came out didn't do anything different than the usual service people- and the "manager" also failed to remove the spider webs from the windows and yard area. It was a joke. We had ONE good exterminator come- Rangel- who was really wonderful. I voiced my complaints and disappointment to him and he was surprised that in all the time we had been receiving service the webs had not been cleared. It had been about 6 months already. He took his time on our home and spent about 45 minutes thoroughly applying products around the yard and clearing all the webbing from all upstairs and downstairs windows as well as in the yard. After his visit things did seem slightly better for a bit- but things returned after a month or so. Native offers to come re-treat the home if pests continue, but it just becomes redundant and useless after a point. It resolved nothing. I am not sure what products they use but I feel like they must be watered down or something. For the sugar ants in the house they placed the ordinary plastic ant trap trays. You do understand that I can go buy those anywhere on my own? If I wanted plastic ant traps all over my window sills and counters I would have done that myself. Before you may think this is a "me" problem, I assure you I keep a clean home - and when we had Orkin for 2 years we never saw a single pest- inside or out. The yard was free from any kind of ants or spiders. No sugar ants inside. No centipedes. No palmetto roaches that like to come inside when it rains. Nothing. We went with Native because they talked a good talk and seemed so professional, and the price was better than Orkin- but I guess this was a case where you get what you pay for- or maybe not even that. I gave two stars for professionalism and organization.

That's when I was connected with Tanya -- and she was absolutely amazing from start to finish. Tanya was honest, straightforward, and took the time to answer every single one of my questions, no matter how crazy they may have sounded. She was always available when I called or texted, which is so rare these days and truly appreciated during such a stressful process. The entire experience was fast, smooth, and organized. From Tanya in sales to scheduling services, everything was easy and efficient. On top of that, the pricing was very reasonable, especially considering the quality of service and communication we received throughout the entire process. We completed both subterranean termite treatment and tenting services. The subterranean termite team was incredibly professional, worked quickly, and took the time to explain everything and answer my questions. The tenting process itself was also seamless. Everyone on the team had a clear role, worked efficiently, and communicated extremely well with one another. They arrived exactly when they said they would and kept the process moving smoothly. This was my first time tenting a home, and I was honestly very nervous, but the entire team at Al-Flex really helped relieve my anxiety and made me feel comfortable throughout the process. I highly recommend Al-Flex for fumigation and termite treatment services. And definitely ask for Tanya!

Prepared us for what needed to be removed from the house and provided anti fumigation bags for foods and such. I recommend them for tenting. Call them directly and cut out the "middle" man. This company has been in existence for over 40 years. Our 2nd time using them, first time was about 42 years ago on another home. Keep in mind that any vegetation near the house will need to be cut back so they can make a tight seal. They have a person who does this.

Good morning everyone! Ok, if you are reading this review you are probably having a termite or…read morepest control problem right? Well so did I! Unfortunately, as I was looking in to several companies I found that many of the name brand companies like Orkin, Terminix, etc. really left a lot to be desired. Why you may ask well good question.... So for some of us that have opted to have spray foam insulation installed in our homes at some point, as it is some of the best insulation out there, it seems these companies (especially Orkin) have absolutely no interest in helping us out or even discussing any options with me. They flat out just said thanks but no thanks... Enter "The Termite Guys" and boy am I very glad I called this outfit. Let's just say they really know how to provide excellent customer service. Spoke to both Matthew and Eddie and both were knowledgeable and worked with me to treat my house for both dry wood termites and subterranean termites as well. After some discussion we coordinated getting the house treated at the same time I replaced my roof so I could treat all the new wood being installed. I can tell you that there are not many companies that are willing to do something like that but the Termite Guys are willing to work with you and do whatever it takes to get you taken care of. After treating my home, I opted for a maintenance plan where they come back periodically to inspect and retreat if necessary. One thing is for sure, here in South Florida all our homes are subject to getting termites at one point or another. When you do do you want to work with a national company that cares little to nothing about you and your home or do you want to work with a local company that cares and will work with you to put a plan together and get you taken care of. From my perspective, this company was a real pleasure to work with and I highly recommend you give them a call if you are looking to treat your home for termites. From a cost perspective they were very reasonable as well and offered me a great deal to perform a full treatment at my home. Hope this helps and wishing you a successful termite treatment project!

Buyer beware!!! I should have seen the red flags (too many to state in this review), but trusted…read morein Orkins seemingly good reputation. Not at all what I was expecting from a nationally recognized company. I contracted them based solely on name recognition, commercials, ads, etc. and the salesperson (Patrice) was very professional and amiable. However, she did not disclose during our walkthrough that Orkin doesn't actually tent your house, they subcontract it out (in this case to Guardian Termite & Pest Control). There were a few things that I wasn't happy with Guardians crew and how they went about their job. but I'll tell you what my pet peeve... The morning after (the tent was installed on the afternoon the day before), Guardians crew came to take tent off and to air house out. That morning, by the time their crew was set to leave, they were walking in and out of house without personal protection equipment, masks, air tanks, etc (meaning house was clear and I found odd). Yet, my family and I were forced to wait till the following day to be allowed in the house. The following day, I started adding all the red flags together and thought it prudent to text Patrice about the fact that my family and I were checking out of the hotel and in route to our home in the following hour, and that I would appreciate an update on when we would be allowed to enter. That text to her, and subsequent calls to her, to Orkin's Central Office, and that of Guardian's all went to voicemail.. I called at least 25 times that day to different numbers trying to get a physical person on the line to no avail for hours. They did pick up at Orkin Central Office, but after an hour when I called back and they still had no answer for me it looks like they started screening every other call went to voicemail. Meanwhile, my mother who is nearly 80 desperately needed medication inside the house. When homes are tented, they install mechanisms on each entry door into the home, that only they can open, close. when Guardian finally showed up, the team leader said there were 2 reasons we were made to wait outside. One was the fact that when they all showed up to their warehouse in the morning, they had misplaced the machine needed to test the home for the poison levels, so without notifying me, they went on to tent another home (i Was never notified!!). And two was that one of their crew members needed to attend a funeral and so it took them longer to tent the previous home before they were able to come and open up mine. I gave my sympathies, but said I expected more from Orkin. adding insult to injury, Patrice called me a few days later to say that her manager had given her the OK to credit me $242 for one year of additional service as a way to make up for all of the mistakes. I accepted the credit, but told her the money was not the issue, it was how my family and I were treated. Today, I see that Orkin has charged me for the full amount and never gave me the $242 credit. I was charged $2983.00 Alfred P. Pembroke Pines
