Yesterday, 9/17/19, I blew a tire on I10 East @ exit 203. Called AAA, great response, service tech showed up 30 min later, called to apologize for the time. No reason to do that, it was 4:15p, traffic was already bad. David the service tech was the nicest, most considerate person I have ever dealt with! It was well over 98 outside and he wanted to make sure I was comfortable, swiftly changed my tire, bagged up the damaged tire and made sure I got back on the road safely! So someone at AAA give this man a bonus or something because in todays' world there are not a lot of his kind of service people around!!! read more

I have been a AAA member since 2009. It has saved me a lot of money in the long run, and having the peace of mind that if I break down I could be towed to a repair shop, or receive roadside assistance, is worth the hundred dollars a year. Especially when you drive antique vehicles. read more

I first joined AAA in Florida 27 years ago. They had always been prompt and a good value, and there when I needed them. After moving to New Mexico 10 years ago, I have had nothing but trouble with them. They have left me sit on the road for an hour listening to their music play while I waited for a representative. I paid for the tow myself. In Dec 2020, I lost control of my truck on a snow slicked road. It was 9:30 at night. I never got a tow. The cops took me home at 2 am and AAA finally showed up the next day around noon. Today, I am sitting by the phone waiting for a travel agent to call to me back. AAA in New Mexico leaves much to be desired. There is no excuse for this. I renewed my membership with great trepidation. AAA might be good in other states but I would think twice about joining in New Mexico. read more

AAA is the most unreliable service and has the rudest customer service representatives. One in particular would be customer advocate Taniesha, ID# 63247. She is not an advocate at all. She cancelled my service call today without my permission and when I asked why and asked to put it in again 2x, she told me " I said NO". She did not explain any policy and just had an outright attitude. On top of the customer service being rude, I am still waiting on a tow truck to get here and they are over the time frame and late. I had to speak to a supervisor to get any help and they sounded like they could care less to assist. Don't use AAA and try your personal insurance carrier tow service. This is my 3rd time calling AAA and they keep pushing back the show up time. Im still waiting. read more
