Kal took his time helping me first over chat and then we finally connected over the phone. The price he quoted me was the exact price I paid. He had the guys detail the car then spent over an hour with me helping me get connect to and learn about the Sync 4 system and all the details of the car. My daughter in law bought a new Explorer the same day back home.(Kal even checked for any finance specials they may be able to use while I was on the phone with my son) The dealer she bought from sent her out of there with her phone connect via bluetooth and no knowledge of Sync 4. Though I'm by far not a tech guy, I used what Kal showed me earlier that day, and helped her get connected through Apple CarPlay and got her Explorer linked up with the Ford appon her phone and showed her a few features. The next time anyone in my family or I get a new vehicle we will drive the 93 miles and buy it from Kal.

It was 5:30pm and their listed hours say they close at 6 but I took the chance and went anyway. They stayed late to take a look at my transmission, said they didn't see a crack or leak, but it was low on fluid so they topped it off and sent me on my way. They were really nice and honest -- they could have told me anything and I would have believed them. They charged me 1/2 hour labor and that was it. On this recent trip, we noticed that our tire pressure (PSI) was too high, so I quickly drove here and the manager immediately asked me to pull up to Bay 1, which I did. I have to say our scheduled visit to AAA Tire & Auto Service on Black Friday proved to be better…read morethan I had hoped for but more costly although it was necessary. I had scheduled a purchase of four tires to be installed, alignment, balancing, the works. The price was very good, the need was great and the scheduling worked as well. With this time of Covid we have been distancing ourselves more than normal, I however was impressed with the social distancing and the sanitizing in the office lobby and waiting area at AAA South Toledo. As we were waiting for our tire installation, our service/sales technician Mark came up to me, which is never a good sign. Long story, short, the vehicle needed rear pads and rotors. I am a novice when it comes to autos and since my husband's stroke I am at a loss about anything auto related. I actually asked Mark if he could speak with my son who happens to live out of state since I trust his judgement. Mark was nice enough to speak with him and we ended up getting the brakes and the tires and I am perfectly pleased. I definitely will be recommending and going back to AAA and my compliments to Mark for taking the time to be helpful. An added perk is that since I am an AAA Member there was also another discount. My adventure on Black Friday in 2020.
