I agreed to the estimate and he said it would be a couple weeks to allow some of the water to dry up so it wouldn't be muddy. More than a month later, after no word, on April 16, 2026, I called to ask when he would be completing the job. He told me a piece of machinery he needed was in the repair shop and it would be 2 weeks. I told him okay and to please keep me posted since I wanted the work done ASAP. He agreed. This is now July 18, 2026, and I've never heard back from him! Very poor public relations, poor work ethic, ...I would not recommend.

This made me do some research on him and found that his company has an F - BBB rating and a person thought to be the same Tyler Baisden, was sentenced to a year in prison in Ohio for overcharging an elderly woman for yard work back in 2016.
