They came right out and surveyed surveyed the damage. They felt the tree would be ok for a short time and that they would make it a priority even though they had other storm damage to deal with. I also asked them to give me an estimate on trimming for my other trees. They came the next week. Because of where the tree was and the wet ground they had to do everything by hand rather than use heavy equipment. They came early in the morning and worked until late in the afternoon. The crew did a great job on all of the trees and thoroughly cleaned up everything afterwards. I would definitely recommend their services to anyone needing tree service.

They even fluffed the grass back up at the end of the day that had been tracked down over the course of getting the tree out. I cannot say enough positive things about this company. If you need tree work done and you do not at least call MRB and get a quote it is your loss. They were amazing for a very competitive price compared to 2 others who quoted. Mike was very nice and forthcoming on the work. I got a quote with pictures detailing what would happen. Prior to the work we had some heavy rain, Mike called and he pushed back the work so the yard could dry and would cause less damage to my yard. Super nice about it too. He had a large crew with multiple pieces of large equipment. Everyone was professional and did excellent work. 1 tree was close to 2 houses and a fence, no problem for these guys. They plywood boarded my side yard where they had to drive alot of the equipment. Considering how much rain we had had a couple days before, and the fact that all the water from my house and my neighbors runs under my gate, my yard was left in great shape (be realistic...they're cutting down and hauling away trees, some grass will be tread over...it'll be okay). Mike's guys did a great job on cleanup by raking and leaf blowing. They even scooped up and hauled away the mounds left over from grinding the stumps. My father in law brought a trailer for the large logs and Mike's crew gladly loaded it with their tracked loader. No questions asked no complaints. It took 3 trips and Mike offered to have his crew wait a couple minutes to load up the trailer with the last load. We got back in time so he didn't have to wait but it was very kind of him to offer. I can't say enough good things about the job they did. Please support this business. For all the crummy contractors I've run into I want to keep the good ones around for the next time I need to have work done.

This was on a Friday. He said he would email me an estimate probly on the following Monday. Monday, no email. I called two times that week and left a message. Nothing. now it's Tuesday of the next week. I call and speak to a lady who knows the job. She tells me a different story than what Jason and I discussed. Maybe your experience would be different. I won't be using them. Completely dropped the ball, poor customer service.

One required a very special lift to get up to the top of the dead ash tree that had multiple power lines around it. The crew was professional. They estimated that it the job would finish in one day but it was impacted by another customer who had a tree fall on their house. They came out the next morning and removed the stump. After they left some things need to be pointed out. 1. Ensure you specify what must not be damaged before they start. 2. While they were prompt they were not as organized as I had expected. Small things like they forget to bring cans of diesel to fill the equipment. The rake to sweep the street. 3. My neighbors mail box post was badly damaged, I repaired it. The could have trimmed more of the section that they dropped to prevent it from hitting the mailbox post. 4. I am not sure of the long term issue but normally some mulch is left on top of ground up stumps to allow for settling. This did not happen on either tree.
