Decent work and clean up. Agree with another reviewer that payment was confusing and explanation unclear. Started late in the evening. I frequently suggested they return the next day to complete the work due to it getting dark. My suggestions were always dismissed. There was a lack of respect for the neighborhood considering the time. I finally had to ask them to leave at 10:30 at night. This was totally unprofessional to me that I would even have to ask at that hour. I felt that they were only concerned with their convenience and getting the money. I hate writing negative reviews. Again, the work itself was good, but after being dismissed each time I suggested finishing the next day with "almost finished" or "the crew is ready to get it done", I felt that customer service wasn't a priority. read more

Just moved to Springfield, very Happy with house but, the back yard was a mess. Over grow Hugh Maple Trees. Trees grown up all down all the fence lines.Help! Called Advance Property Solutions and nice gentleman answer came out within a hour. WOW never had that quick of a response before. Gave me a quote for the mess and a good price! Had his crew out in a 2 hours and started job.They have all the equipment and can do anything Removal, Stump grinding, hauled off debris.The Trees were hugh.No tree is too big for them. spoke to the owner of the crew and he showed me where the bottom of the inside of one of my favorite trees was completely rotted out, with one good storm that tree could have taken my entire house out! they removed it for me for a very reasonable price and every one of the men he had working with him were very polite and professional and they got the tree taken down and cleaned up before I even made it back from church! I've had some bad experiences in the past with other crews so I was a bit skeptical in the beginning but I will for sure only be calling them for any future work I need done. great guys! read more
