I have put money out that I don't have poor truck and for people to help me and took off work because I have to have my stuff out of this unit by the 14th and it is now the 11th and the plan was to move on the 12th into this facility. I have called several times to a phone number and had been promised three times already that they will contact the manager and have her call me they have contacted the manager through text I imagine that's what they told me and she has not returned or called me to straighten this matter out. I am going to wait 15 more minutes and I will be calling the number back there is no listing for a corporate number to call them. I will make plans to go to another facility. I will also make sure that the media know exactly how I've been treated by this company.
