I had a lock and was told if my lock fit, I would receive a refund. It wasn't until I was done loading my storage and went to lock it, that I noticed that the locks that are literally on 99% of the locks was not the same as the one for my storage. What are the chances? So I was not able to use the lock I purchased and was not able to receive a refund for the lock. I think that's really crazy that I was given a storage with a different lock. I was told only about 10 units have the lock I was given. That doesn't seem like it should be my problem. I should receive a refund because there no way I could have even guessed the locks would be different.
