My mother and I went to this location to have a hitch and wire harness installed on her vehicle. They installed the hitch but could not figure out the wiring. While trying to do the wiring they BROKE the interior molded plastic of her SUV and didn't tell us about it, they just said they couldn't do it. We found the damage and are now getting the run around by the company and are having to jump through hoops to try to get them to make this right.

I set an appointment for 6 pm on Friday. 15 min after setting the appointment, I called and rescheduled for Saturday morning. First appointment offered was 7 am. So I showed up at 7am. Place is still closed. 7:15, a worker finally drives up and opens up shop. I tell her I'm there for a 7 am Hitch install appointment. She tells me the guy won't be there to install it til 10 am. She tries to text (not call) the mechanic to see if he can come in. While I'm waiting, she's being rude to other customers, causing a backup of people. Mechanic waltzes in an hour and a half later. Work doesn't begin on my car until another hour later. 2 hrs later the kit isn't even on the car still. Edit: it is now 1:15 pm. Tow kit is on. Wiring is unclear on how to affix it to the kit. So the install has taken more than 6 hrs. Store is severely understaffed causing a truck driver to miss a load. They've managed to piss off every other customer.

First off, the owner needed more info from me than a bank would require to give me a loan! The storage unit is empty! Ain't no damn money in there! These people wanted insurance policy number, social security number, lien holder address and phone number, etc. Damn near everything but my shoe size. Why?! Why the hell would they need all this info to rent an empty unit? I asked. I was told it was because of the Patriot Act! The PATRIOT ACT! WTF? The USA Patriot Act expired YEARS ago under Obama! What the hell are these people smoking? I rented a unit on the 19th. TWO WEEKS LATER my access code is suspended for non payment! When I opened the unit, it was implied that I was paying for the first month. Apparently, I only paid for the period of the 19th to the first of the following month? Way waaayy too much drama. Renting a storage space really shouldn't be such a pain in the ass. This was an absolutely MISERABLE experience from start to finish. Gonna start looking for a different facility ASAP.
