Apparently, there was some miscommunication between the sales guy & the moving team because their piece of paper did not mention going to a storage unit. However, they took it in stride and told me we'd still go if that was what I discussed beforehand. Will was the foreman, and he was great! I could see his experience as he directed his guys with how to move bulkier pieces of furniture. The team wrapped & padded all of the furniture well & were responsive to my requests when I asked them to move something to a different part of the new house. Considering I was with them all day (10 am to 9 pm), they remained patient. I took off one star because they lost the power cord to one of my TVs. Luckily, it was a universal cord. I went out & bought another one & they reimbursed me. Mistakes happen, and they were apologetic about the mishap. The price was fair. I received three quotes, and their price ended up being around the same amount as the others. I received a prompt response to my Yelp Inquiry, and was able to work out an estimate. The day of my move my husband had gone out of his way to make every aspect of the move difficult. He had been living in the house for 5 months tearing it up with trash everywhere, letting the cats urinate on the floors... it was filthy. The cherry on his revenge sundae was keeping the a/c off the entire time. So it was a hot box of horrible. The movers who came out assured me everything would be taken care of, and they did it. They worked in the 80+ degree temps, with the amonia smell for several hours without complaint. Our troubles unfortunately didn't end their. When we got to the storage shed, they found a baby cotton mouth inside. Just my luck! They still took it in stride, with help from my dad the snake was removed and my furniture got stored safely and efficiently in my container. It was detailed and complete, listing all materials needed and all of the instructions for moving (what goes, what stays, packing fragile items, etc. 2. The team arrived per schedule, on time and ready. They worked quickly and professionally, and I found them friendly and I observed them taking extra care of my goods as they were loaded on the van. 3. Unloading was quick, and I found them both responsive to my directions for where things needed to wind up, and in fact they created a storage scheme that allowed me to access my kitchen stuff (for instance) without a lot of shuffling and relocating boxes. Nearly every piece of wood furniture had compression damage. As part of the move, they are supposed to put your furniture together. This team showed up with what looked like a child's toolbox. I had to give them tools and then go back over everything to tighten or fix their attempt. If that was not enough, they actually tried to steal several items, and were successful on a couple. They stole my Fire Stick and tried to activate it a couple of days later. You have been warned!

This company was very unprofessional and made our last military move a nightmare. To start we did…read morenot receive a call from the company in regards to when they would be arriving to assess the home to determine how many packers would be needed. Instead we got a call 10 minutes before staff arrived at our home the day before they were scheduled to begin packing our things. The next day, there were 2 packers there and they ended up packing less than half of the home stating that they would get to it the next day. They left around 4pm. The next day they did not return at the time they said they would. They were supposed to have everything packed so that the following day the move would occur. The following day they arrived late as well and when it came time for them to move things out of the home they realized they didn't bring enough crates for all of my things so they could not move everything as promised. They ended up having to put the remainder of my things in the garage because i had a cleaning team coming in. (They were supposed to have everything moved out of the home by this point). The descriptive inventory was by far the most scarce one I have seen in 10 years of military moves with little indication of what is inside each box. To top it off, two fireplace remotes that were to stay inside the property were packed despite them being separated from everything and pointed out to the movers that they shouldn't be packed.This will cost me upwards of $400 to replace as my things will be sent to storage for several months and I wont be able to go through it all and find the remotes.
