Am I not allowed to call and ask for a quote and then decide to find a better deal?? According to this company, I am not. She said, "if your boss wants to come to Key West, he needs to learn to pay Key West prices." Lady, that isn't a problem, the issue is you are rude and not worth a dime. My God, eww!

They showed up 20 minutes early to pick us up. I explained to the driver that we would not be ready until our pickup time and saw that he had passengers in the van. He was anxious to get to the airport so I told him he could go and I would drive to the airport. He asked if that would be too much trouble and I said we would be fine. He told me to call the office and explain what happened and he sped off. I called the office number and told them everything. The sound of dishes clinking and a baby crying got me thinking this wasn't as big a company as I thought. She thanked me and hung up. The day before our return to Florida, I got an email about our pickup at the airport. I replied that I did not get a ride to the airport, I drove. I had previously called the office and explained everything. Obviously, if I drove to the airport instead of taking the round trip ride, I would not need the second leg of the trip. A couple weeks later I noticed a charge on my credit card from them. I emailed to ask them for a refund. They said I refused service on the ride to the airport and cancelled too late for the return. They charged me for both rides! I guess it's my fault for not checking their Yelp reviews.

Booked on Feb. 12, 2024 to provide shuttle service for a wedding on Feb. 17th at Islamorada Fish…read moreCompany from 3pm to 11pm. Paid $895 through PayPal upon booking. Driver was suppose to contact us with name and number on Feb. 16th, and never did. On the wedding day, Saturday, February 17, driver called at 11:32am to confirm service and to say that service may be late because they had a pickup in Key West at the Airport and service may not start until 3:30pm or 4:00pm, which was unacceptable. Driver called back at 2:52pm and said he was still in Key west. He called a third time at 4:09pm to say he was one key (30 minutes away), by which time nearly all the guests had made their way to the wedding venue (changing travel plans and causing chaos). I disputed the charge through PayPal which has a fairly useless dispute process - although Florida Keys Shuttle offered to refund $450. Luckily, my PayPal is paid via an American Express card and I filed a dispute with AmEx and it was granted within a week and they reversed the charge. Don't waste your time with these unreliable fraudsters.

We booked a trip and cancelled 10 days before…read more There was no mention about the booking being non-refundable or we would never would have booked it. On the receipt it doesn't tell us it's non-refundable. When I reached out to Ron, he refused to answer calls and emails. Finally I reached him and he denied that he was the company I booked with. When I confronted him with evidence that he was indeed the man I booked with, he claimed he took a shuttle out of service to accommodate us, even though we cancelled 10 days before the trip. Even if this claim was true, what kind of business decision is that? It's clearly not true. Do not use this company!!
