OMG talk about rude customer service! I called just to get a quote for an airport pickup, and the (assuming) owner was so rude! I book travel for my boss all over the world. We live in one of America's most expensive cities and we fully understand the cost to travel. That being said, does this mean we still should not shop around to try and obtain the best price? Am I not allowed to call and ask for a quote and then decide to find a better deal?? According to this company, I am not. Gerson is the man. While I was a bit disappointed my email inquiry was not responded to (albeit it was sent at 1am), I still decided to give this company a try via a phone call 7 hours later. Chris, the new guy, was our driver and couldn't have been any more patient not only with our flight delays but the delay with our bags. He was very patient and friendly. The hour ride to the hotel was a pleasant one as Chris was very hospitable and was willing to make a stop for us to pick up some food as we didn't have dinner. I booked this shuttle based on the good reviews and I'll preface that our driver was great and very nice. On the way here they only provided booster seats even though I requested toddler seats. I had to argue with the owner about why these seats were not acceptable for a two and four year old. On the way back I had originally booked the pickup for 1130. They then changed it to 1045 because they had another pickup .. it's not really my issue if they want to double book me. Given the cost- 300 dollars each way for a one hour 15 minute drive, I don't need to be at the schedule of the company. I was traveling with small children and I wish I chose another company because I didn't really like dealing with this company for the cost. read more

I had a 9:00am pick up scheduled in Key West, by 9:20 I called the service wondering where they were. I was assured they were 15 minutes away. They finally arrived at 10am - a full hour late. They still had other picks throughout the keys, a stop for gas, etc. Despite the crazy speeding & erratic driving that got me to the airport ALMOST in time to catch my flight, it wasn't quite quick enough. I feel bad for those that had to go on to FLL for flights they too were going to miss. I guess there was a reason this was the only shuttle service that still had seats available over the peak holiday travel dates. The vehicle was clean, drivers very friendly & wifi available for the trip. If they could just get it together and be on time, they'd have something good going. Our Boy Scout Crew made reservations with Florida Keys Express Shuttle for our recent trek for 8 people from Miami Airport to the Florida High Adventure Sea Base in Islamorada. We could not have been more pleased. Our reservation was confirmed by email, and our credit card was not charged until after we used the service. The drivers were early, friendly, safe, and took us to a nice, clean place he suggested so we could use the facilities, and have lunch, (Subway).
