At first, we were very happy with the cleaning when the couches were wet. Once the couches dried, we noticed that the couches looked the same as before the cleaning. He mentioned that he got a lot of the stains out, but this is just simply not true. We had to spot clean the couches and had better results than when he cleaned them.
