This is a very good company that provides excellent service, I have used them multiple times,.. not perfect, but pretty close, sometimes there's a bit of communication issue regarding certain areas and that would be helpful, however at the end of the day the work is pretty good. Found this company on Yelp. We have white carpet for the most part and they were getting to be too much for my little carpet cleaner to do. I chose them because they do hot water extraction and steam. I only needed my living/dining room and master bedroom done and the quotes I was getting were more than my budget for just those couple areas (and 2-15 ft runners). Very Happy with my Tile/Stone (Travertine) Cleaning Jared with Green Source Carpet Care did. Most companies did not want to touch or clean my floor because it is stone, but Jared's machine did a great job of lifting the dirt up from the Stone's naturally porous nature. Very, very reasonable pricing. I was able to book an appointment within 2 days and the response time was awesome. Crystal gave me a call 30 minutes prior to arrival. Jerod was very professional and had great product knowledge. He uses the best truck mount (hydramaster) that's available on the market right now. I'm renting a home with a pet odor issue in one of the rooms. The padding under the carpet needed to be replaced as it was soiled! He even cleaned the bathroom tile and it came out gorgeous. The company is very transparent and told us the steps he'd be taking for removal. I'd highly recommend Green Source Carpet Care to all my friends and family. I had a wonderful experience with this service. I called and got a live person a couple of days ago. The pricing was straight forward and no hidden fees. Very very reasonable. We have three pets and Jared showed me the "heavy traffic" spots (i.e. the accidents) and was able to treat them at the same time. He arrived within the time frame quoted, which is great for me, as I have a tight time table on most days. Jared was pleasant, professional and even helped me corral the oneriest of the cats out of the rooms to be cleaned! Side note: it was also reassuring to learn that the process uses materials that are not harmful to my pets. Overall, great service! Def recommend! read more

Well first off I have to tell you, Every carpet cleaning company I called would not come out to my house for under $100. Which is fine if you have a lot of carpeting but I do not. Only my stairs are carpeted. Jared's company green source, was the only company that would come out and clean my stairs For the very reasonable price of three dollars a step. While he was here I rolled out an 8 x 10 rug that I had had in my garage for a couple years. To which he cleaned out for a super reasonable price also. It looked like brand spanking new! I am so glad I found him will call him again in the future! Super nice, personable, professional. Also gave me some good flooring and carpet tips. I made the mistake of trying to hire a different company and after 3 no shows and not having furniture in my house for almost 5 days, I sent Green Source a message. Jerod responded to my message almost immediately and was able to fit me in same day a few hours later. They had no reviews on tile (here's a good review on tile, USE THEM!) but I had a good feeling about him. When he showed up he was very kind and quick about getting me an exact quote and even did two extra spaces that were not discussed via message with no complaint. I will be honest, I was not expecting the tile to look any different, just feel clean. He did AMAZING, my tile and grout look almost brand new and I could not be happier about the way it looks. He cares about his clients and it was made very apparent with his work ethic. I'm so happy I messaged Jerod and will be referring them every chance I get.
