Miguel made an appointment to come and look at our 6x9 Ft. shag carpet that needs cleaning very badly. We haven't cleaned it professionally, only with a carpet cleaning machine. I told Miguel that I prefer to give our business to a latino company and looked forward to meeting him. He said he would call at 1:30pm to confirm that they're on their way and by 2pm, they would be at our home. Miguel did not reply to my texts or phone calls when he wasn't here by 2pm. I tried to reach Miguel many times before we gave up on him and hired a more professional company. He just flaked totally without any reason or explanation. That in itself is very rude. I can see if they're caught up on a previous job but no return call or texts is just unprofessional and rude. I told him at the start that I try to give Latino businesses a chance and wanted him to have this job. I'll be more wary in the future. Regarding Miguel's response below: I'm sorry Miguel but you shouldn't lie about what you did not do and say you did. You never tried to call or reply to my text messages and you must know either your phone didn't work or I'm not sure what happened.
