We need to get our carpets cleaned, especially traffic areas, and after reading numerous reviews of different companies, we chose William at Oxi Fresh of Las Vegas. A total professional, he came properly prepared to get the job done with minimal disruption to us and absolutely no mess. Brandon did a great job on my rugs. My house is all hardwood and I have two large area rugs. I have two dogs who lay and walk all over these rugs. Brandon was early, friendly and helped me move some baby stuff out of the way so he could do the whole rug. He was quick and efficient. I was referred to this company via Yelp bidding request. Five vendors were contacted, but this group was unique, in that it offered estimated pricing, and not dates for inspection/quotes. I liked the previous reviews, so I chose this group and cancelled two other estimators. The service was fine. The carpet looks and smells good. The PRICING is a little weird, in that you initially provide your square footage, rooms and hallways, and are given a quote. My initial quote changed 3 times ($173-$350-$400-$550), and ultimately the tech there quoted yet another amount. The number did change because I did revise the number of rooms, but the square footage remained the same, something I stressed in the initial contact. The house is not small, I get it, but when you're doubling, tripling, and later quadrupling the original number, it gets confusing, and feels very much like a bait and switch game. If they had come with the $400+ number initially, I wouldn't be so thrown off by the price increases. I suppose the bidding format has something to do with this information disconnect. I'd call for service again, assuming they would take the job ;) read more
