The administrative person in the office was very kind and understanding as I had some other issues going on that impacted when I could schedule an appointment. She worked around that in scheduling and everything worked out. The tech, Jesse, went above and beyond. He had the parts with him and did not need to reschedule to come back. , went above and beyond. Our Bosch dishwasher, which we purchased before Christmas at Lowes, never worked. Aadams sent their "Bosch man," an exceptional young man, to reprogram it and make it responsive. He quickly addressed the issue, patiently explained how to operate it, and synced it to the phone. He promised if we had any more difficulty, he would be right back to help. Horrible customer service. GE contacts them for warranty work on a 6 month old washer. GE schedules it for the next day, Aadams calls the next day and says nope, will be two days before we can come out. Tech comes out and says part will take a week to come in. A week later Aadams calls to say that the part was just ordered. What? Tells me the part will take 6 weeks to come in. Part comes in (16 Jun) and they schedule it for next day (17 Jun). Ok, getting better. Next day (17 Jun) they call to canx and reschedule for next day (18 Jun). They "promise". well on the next day (18 Jun) promise was broken. Tech called off. Manager/Owner says soonest day is now Tuesday (21 Jun) with a 3 hour window. Manager refused to give a specific time even though we rearranged our schedule on Friday (17 Jun). Absolutely avoid using them for ANY repairs. GE should stop giving them warranty work. read more

I've lived in my house for over 20 years, so I've had some appliances fixed. I have Aadams sticker inside my kitchen cupboard door. They're always responsive, very professional, and friendly. Yes they do warranty work for some manufacturers, they fixed up my new dishwasher at no cost to me. And they never oversell, even offer suggestions on saving money if possible. They talk me through everything they do, make sure they let me know the fix is guaranteed for.... I think a month? Could be wrong. But if something isn't just right they'll come back and fix it free, no problem. I actually had to test that once, after I'd had my garbage disposal fixed it started leaking a little. Very nice young man came right out and fixed it right up, apologized for the inconvenience. I will always call Aadams first! read more

Would not recommend to anyone!!! Horrible people! Rude and unfriendly! Service tech showed up and took down the model number, then reported that there were unauthorized repairs done to our washing machine. The warranty company denied my claim. All repairs to the machine were completed by another service company. I will never use Adam's Repair again. read more

This Company came out to repair my dishwasher in August. The technician said I needed a new heating element and would order it but not to expect it to arrive quickly due to Covid! I called today to find out when they would be returning to fix the dishwasher. The rude, completely unprofessional "manager" that I spoke to told me they never ordered a part, nothing they could do now, they don't know what technician came out, call my warranty company to file another claim so they can get paid again to come back out. No apologies for their screw up or anything and tried to blame ME for not calling sooner (when their technician told me to wait a few months). STAY AWAY FROM THIS AWFUL COMPANY!!!! read more

Horrible. Stay away. Unprofessional. I have a microwave from Lowe's that Aadams was sent out to repair last December. They said we needed parts and would order them and get back to us, but to go ahead and use it. They never got back to me so in March I contacted them and the girl who answered said they would take care of it and again they never got back to me, nothing! The summer was crazy and our daughter got married so I didn't really think about it because we are still able to use it. I also know with Covid thinks are crazy. I call back again today 9/17/20 and they find the open order and inform me that Lowe's closed it out in May. They don't know why but now I have to go through Lowe's again and start all over. What? You dropped the ball and never came back to fix it. No apology or anything. Dorothy the manager said"let me ask you ma'am, why did you wait until September?" How about I'm sorry we never fixes it after you called the 1st or 2nd time. Instead of blaming your customer. Now I will start all over and request another business to come out. I have been dealing with them fixing my Fridg. they came acessed what I needed it took them two weeks to get parts and another week to install parts . Tech was very put out because the back of fridge that had a panel that was not removed was dusty and i had to let him use my vacume to clean he also was very upset that he left his walet home . I gave him $10.00 to have lunch. He set the fridge so high its been a week and every thing in fresh food has frozen and i have had to throw alo of produce . the told me i have to wait for them to schedule me. I agree with Larry B. I'm having the same issue. I asked for a Friday, Sat. or Monday appointment. They called me on Monday and asked if I could do Wed. or Thursday and I said no I was working. I again gave them the dates I could be home. They called Wednesday saying they would be there Thursday, It just happened that my older son was going to be home. They showed up was there 5 minutes said they would order parts and didn't even bother to tighten the loose handle on the freezer. I am now having issues getting them to come back out. Aadams appliance service was the WORST customer experience ever. I asked them for an afternoon appointment since I work in the morning and couldn't be home until noon. So I get a call the morning of the afternoon that they were supposed to be at my house for service. 9:16 AM, we are in your neighborhood to complete your service call. Hardly the afternoon. I called them back and let them know I will be available anytime after 12 that day, they said they would call me back let me know what time he would be there. They never called back. I called them to reschedule the appointment since they completely blew this one off, They said it be at least a week before they would call me to reschedule. I gave up dealing with this disorganized operation and called another appliance service. read more

My Whirlpool washer is under warranty through Lowes .... Scheduled a service through them to repair my washer.. Had a date of 9-11 they call me on 9-9 and say I'm calling about your appointment tomorrow!! Um no! I am at work all day that's why my appointment is Friday 9-11... So Friday comes no call! I call them and say I wanted to confirm my appointment for today.. She ask me where I am from I tell her and she says we were out that way yesterday... We are not out that way today!!!! Really!!! I have my email with the repair date!! So I ask her so my appointment is not happening today!? She says no! Okay so I call Lowes back make a complaint and go with a different company! Aadams appliance does not care about customer service. Their technician took apart our dryer, said he needed a part and would be back the next day. They called the next day for a purchase date which we didn't have since the washer/dryer came with the house when we bought it, new in packaging. GE said they would honor the warranty and told me to call Aadams. I was upset on the phone with the Aadams ladies since they did not offer to help me at all. Unfortunately, I raised my voice due to frustration and they never called back or kept their appointment to return. They left me with a dryer taken apart. Fortunately A&E has great customer service and they took care of the dryer through GE. Call them first instead of taking a chance with Aadams. read more

Horrible Customer Service. Time window give for am. No show. Called and told now afternoon prior to 5PM. Called close to 5PM and told it would be after 5PM. Then they showed up, didn't knock and left a sticker about 6PM. Ask for next business day available to be the first appt so this wouldn't happen again. Was told no. Horrible Service. I have a Protection Plan through Home Depot for our appliances. Our LG Washer was not draining so I called Home Depot and they said they would set me up with Aadams. Aadams called and we set the appt. up for the following week Wed. I get a call two day later asking if I was available to have them come out. I said no I specifically called to make sure it would be a week later since we would be out of town. I called the following Tuesday to see if the 8am to 4pm window could be nailed down a little bit tighter so I would not miss work too much. The girl said oh we aren't coming out tomorrow (Wed) we will not even be in your area. I explained to her I was told BY THEM it would be Wed and she said there is no way how about Thursday. I told Aadams service no thank you and called back Home Depot who said they would get someone else. Low and behold I just got a phone call again from Aadams asking what time on Thursday can they come over. I said I told you no again. They have a horrible customer service and after reading their BBB reviews I will not allow them to work on anything I own. read more
