All three men that came out were more than professional, kind and knowledgeable. They were honest and did not charge me for anything that didn't need done. The water pressure ended up being nothing to have to do anything with. The two men that came for the outside tried to jet the drain we thought was a French drain. They found out it was not and didn't even charge for that service. They also provided names for possible people to install one that is needed. It's rare you find a great reliable company let alone a local family one any more. I would recommend them to anyone looking for quality top notch service!

I've had Otis retrofit shower faucets which was not the easiest project in my opinion. I ordered the parts needed and Otis had to cut through ceramic tile to add the new faucets and corresponding plate. He had to redo the pipes which were set up for separate hot/cold faucets into a one unit operations. The end result was a perfect setup, leak free and very professional looking. Otis brought an assistant who removed and replace a kitchen faucet with corresponding sprayer. He also replaced an aging garbage disposal. Once again, professionalism with an eye for detail and excellent installation. These guys do not waste time, go on coffee breaks, they stuck to the job and met all my expectations as real professionals. About one-year later we had a nasty blockage with minor water leaking in our basement. I called Otis, who was backed up with work but agreed to come out early the next Saturday morning. I called on a Thursday so this was really accommodating and a relief. Once again, Otis fixed the problem, routed out the the street, tested all connections to ensure the problem was fixed. The guy came out the next day and installed it and left a puddle of water which didn't upset me but what did upset me was the brown water we were continuing to get out of our shower and the awful noise from our toilet. My husband gave it over a week to see if it stopped he called the owner and he came out to look at it and adjusted something, he said that would probably work. It didn't so my husband called back days later. It took the owner a couple days to call back and said that it was going to be like that. Are you serious? We pay for something and now we have to listen to this awful loud noise when we flush our toilet?! If we don't want that we can pay for a upgrade for $1300 he tells my husband. I don't think so. My husband looked up online how to get this noise and brown water to go away now he has spent his time which was Saturday, Sunday and Monday and our money to make this go away and he says we can pay and extra $1300 for a upgrade. Very rarely do I have zero complaints or regrets about a purchase, this was the exception. The resulting product is a thing of beauty. Believe me when I tell you, if you want the best bang for your buck, and the complete system you need at less money than the deficient system pushed by the brand name companies, CALL OMEGA WATER!!!!!!
