STILL ORIGINAL PROBLEMS I'D PAID TO HAVE RESOLVED. WEEKS OF IGNORED CALLS AND VOICE MAILS. At first seemed capable and concerned. I was going to have new outdoor spigot installed, and other things. BUT, first two problems. Sewer gas. Kitchen sink back up/slow drain. They reset my new toilets, seemed to have unstopped drain. Charge was over $600. Days after, same problems slowly showing up again. Message after message ignored on their voice-mail. I'm still hoping that I hear from them, and problems I'VE ALREADY PAID FOR AND SUFFERING WITH ARE RESOLVED. OH...and after I mentioned one toilet wasn't stable, I said I'd go get an extra wax ring to reset it. Will said he tightened down a bolt to fix. Came late, I had to remind him to come. Looked at my water heater and said it would be $1,100 for a new one ( they're around $500) then you'd think, aha that must be for installation. I asked him how much he would charge to install one I buy and his answer was $250. Hmmmm okay. So now I'm not going back to this one. I got all that wonderful advice for a mere $85 oh but wait, there's more! He left us after paying him $85 with a water heater that's got water running out of it. look at the one while he was there and then after he left. That closet was dry as a bone until mr. Wonderful appeared What service! I guess he thought I might call him back for an emergency after hours visit. Nice! read more

My whole house was backed up. Plumber came out took two hours but finally found the problem. After he left I noticed water was pouring outside. He broke something and had to come back to fix it. A week later my sink was still backed up. Same problem. They came out, fixed the sink, and soon as they left my toilet was messed up! They came out the next day, did a quick fix and 3 days later...same problem. I've paid them almost $400. Still no resolution. And to top it all off, they broke my faucet outside! They only received two stars because they were nice. read more

Simply put, in my opinion this is a very unprofessional business. For starters, I called them on a Saturday morning and left a message with their answering service. I didn't receive a call back until 4 days later. This I might add was our second attempt to reach them. The first call/message was never returned. In any event, when I spoke with the owner the only reason he gave for them not calling me back was that they had been busy. I spoke with him about getting an estimate for having a bathtub refinished. We agreed upon a date and time for him to come and look at the job. Considering that we are still in a pandemic I very cordially asked him a couple of questions relative to precautions. First, I asked if he had been vaccinated. He audibly smirked on the phone while answering "yes". I then asked that he wear a mask when he came for the estimate. He then got an attitude and rudely answered "I don't wear masks...find someone else...thank you". He then proceeded to hang up in my face. I realize that there are varying opinions about the pandemic, masking, and the vaccines. There is however absolutely no reason to be RUDE and DISRESPECTFUL to a potential customer. He could have expressed his views politely. Instead he chose to be an absolute JERK about it. As I said earlier he was very unprofessional. I've known some others personally that have used his services and were not pleased. I still thought that I would give him a chance and maybe see for myself. In hindsight it was for the best because it's concerning when you can't get a prompt call back. If there were to be issues this is the type of business that I suspect would be difficult to reach. Worst plumbers ever. Came out three times to fix a water heater, couldn't do so without ordering a part, which took nearly a full MONTH to arrive. Charged absurd amounts for all three visits, and then left without lighting the pilot. Use anybody else. read more

If I could give less than 1 star I would. They snaked our plumbing and said they had it unclogged. About 2 days later we said it is still clogged and they needed to come back and fix it like they said they had. They said they were going to charge us the regular charge to come back and we said that is not right because they should stand by their work. Especially since it was just a few days ago. We made Several calls to the company and even to the owner and we got No where. The Several calls that were made to them were Never returned to us, even by the owner. They never came out to correct the incomplete job that they did. So we had to call a reputable company. I would recommend Not using this company. read more

Affordable is the WRONG word for this company. First I had a service call for holiday, ok that was fine. They did what they stated. Second day (normal workday) I Had a shower/tub repair and replace done. Took approx 2 hours. Final bill $800. I liked to have stroked out. When I called to speak with owner he wouldn't return my call's. After I harassed him with multiple calls he finally calls back and with no explanation says that's the charge. I called this this company at 11 a.m about a clogged main sewer line. I was given a quote and was told they would be out late that afternoon. I call the plumbers cell phone back about 4 and was assured that he would be out, that he was running a little behind. After 6 p.m. I became a little nervous so I called the answering service and again I was assured that if he said he would be out he would be out. 2 hours later, he stopped answering his cell phone so I called the answering service back and was told that they would page him and have him to call me. Needless to say I never heard from this company again. I had to end up calling another plumber after hours and paying the after hour service charge!!!! Paid to have a hose bib installed 11/12/2015 after a water line busted. Guy came out fixed the line and was going to come back after I put the siding back on. Here it is 02/15/2016 and all I have is a receipt and a blue pex line sticking out of the wall. Nope I wouldn't recommend this plumber at all. Called them on a Wednesday morning for a clogged drain. I was told it would be between $95-$125 and would arrive at 4pm that day. At 4:30, I called to check what the status of their arrival was and was told they would need to reschedule for Thursday. Thursday came around, and no call no show, and no one answered their phone. This happened for Friday as well when I called again to reschedule. Eventually, someone called me on Saturday and came by that afternoon. Unable to fix it, they left the job and arrived again on Monday. It was done quickly, then, and I was charged SIX TIMES the amount quoted me with no reason for it. I had 3x the amount quoted in cash at the time. The plumber made threats to find me at my job and cause trouble (where I work came up in conversation) if I didn't pay him the remaining $300 on my payday. They left tools and supplies in my yard and Dale, the supervisor, was incredibly rude when the matter of payment arrived. Would never choose this business again. read more
