Mr. Michael Wright, the owner of this awesome company was my consultant who came out and evaluated my old unit, which led me to purchase a new one with his expertise. This was one of the best investment I could have ever made. I appreciate his awesome customer service and integrity. Kelly is the most friendliest administrators that I've witnessed, she's the reason I have the service plan. She keeps me updated on when my service is due, and always willing to adapt to my schedule in order to get this done.To speak with someone that is consistent in personality, which is so uplifting and provide that great customer service is awesome!!! A.J., the tech, provides and demonstrates the best customer service by sharing his knowledge of the tasks that he's completed. He's very thorough in getting his tasks done in a timely manner. Once he's completed, he communicates his concerns and the results he found while servicing my unit. He's always respectful when he comes and always makes sure he put on his shoe covers. He represents Wright's Hearing and Air with high integrity. Im thankful to have him come and service my unit. These people will rob you blind. They came to my house to check the Heat Pump System which was not…read morecapable of sustaining the set temperature. They found no leaks but the system was low in refrigerant. They put 4 lbs. of Freon and charged me $500.00. A week later the system again failed to maintain the set temperature of 76 F by as much as 7 deg. F. (83). They came again and found a leak in the coil. They gave me a price of $6671.00 to replace the fan/coil, So I called Davis Air (see first page top). They came, inspected the system, found the leak and quoted $1497 to replace the coil, $2472 for the coil plus the entire Air Box in the attic and $5126 for an entire new system (including the outside unit) better that what I had. Davis Air will replace the entire system for $1545 less than what will cost to replace the fan/coil only with Wright. The outside unis costs about $2500. By the way, Davis put 3 lbs. of Freon for $140 + $69 for inspecting (vs Wright's $500 for 4 lbs./inspecting)

They returned a week later, did the work in under an hour and told me they over estimated and it would be less expensive. Turned out to cost $330. Just for reference, I called another company first, was charged a $75 estimate fee they didnt even tell me over the phone. Then they didnt even do an inspection and said it would cost $1,500. I asked what the $75 was for and they said they'd give it back because they really dont know what it will take to do the job. So I called Waller Heating and Air because a neighbor had a great experience. Jonathan was great and they cleaned up after themselves and were gone before I knew it! I even purchased four additional filters so I can have extra.
