Such a great place and very friendly group of people! I needed a plaque cut and engraved last minute and messaged the business here on Yelp late in the evening and Jeff got back to me very quickly. Answered all my questions right away and quoted a great price. I was in and out very quickly the next day with my plaque, just what I was looking for! Fantasy Football League : Asian Domination officially has a league trophy. I came to AAI and was immediately shocked with the inventory they had. Any trophy you would ever want was available at AAI. I was looking for a nice sized football trophy that had a stand where plates could be added for previous and future league champions. I found the perfect trophy and it was very affordable. The staff was excellent and very nice. They were able to assist me in finding a trophy and made the whole process extremely smooth. This 2011 League champion will be coming back in the future to have his name engraved on the champions plate.... at least i hope so. read more

Had about a dozen yeti insulated metal koozies custom engraved with names as groomsmen gifts for my wedding. The staff was very helpful and professional. I am so glad I found this place!! From the very beginning when I first called and spoke with Clarissa she was wonderful. Answered all my questions and welcomed me into the store to check out all that they had to offer. They had so many options that she gladly explained everything to me. She helped my family select what we needed. I truly appreciate their kindness & professionalism. They even stayed later one evening after closing hours to wait for us (appreciate these kind of things!!). Lenny, the engraver was also sweet to provide me with multiple proofs as I was undecided, being able to see exactly the many different options before I selected the right one was very helpful. The quality was great! We actually had 2 other engravers (1 messed up completely and the other did not look as nice as here). They completed my order in a timely manner & I felt like I was always updated. I could call/email anytime if I needed anything. I called AAI Trophies to order 18 personalized football trophies on a Monday afternoon, and I received a call from them on Wed. that they were ready. Clarissa was professional, courteous, and accurate with my last minute order. As I walked into the store to pick up my order, I was amazed at their range of well displayed inventory. The shop owner even offered me a bottle of water when I first arrived. All of the trophies were accurately engraved and were exactly what I expected. I needed a plaque done in the same day, it was after lunch and I had gone to a couple other places to try and find something, anything. I remembered that 2 years ago I had prepared a couple of Airmen of the year plaques when i was in the Texas State Guard, at AAI, I thought because those took a couple of days to do, they would probably be too big to help. I was wrong, I walked in told the assistants what I wanted and I was assured they would have something for me engraved before 5:00 p.m. At 2:30 I received a call and boom there it was, completely done, and professionally edited. I was very grateful. Another thing was they were clearly well supplied and I had many options to choose from in picking out what I wanted.
