Answered all my questions right away and quoted a great price. I was in and out very quickly the next day with my plaque, just what I was looking for! I placed an order with a reputable company for several personalized charcuterie boards for my team. The company service was so horrible I received my full refund a week before our holiday dinner (where the exchanging of gifts is scheduled). So I found some replacements on Amazon, but unfortunately the personalization would not grantee deliver in less than a week ( which is all the time I had considering my holiday travel). Not familiar with Tx, I googled "wood engraving" and Blue Ribbon appeared. I immediately called on a Friday (end of bus week). I explained to Ms. MARIA my dilemma and she said, you know what, how soon can you get here...I could have cried! I said I can be there within the hour. She said I will see you when you get here and we will take care of you. I get there and she was as angelic as her voice. Very welcoming and friendly. I showed her my items and she said let me know what you want and we will have it by Tuesday. Of course I was pretty nervous as I fly out on Wednesday and Sue said they were closed on Weekends, WHAT!!!!! We were pushing it but when I tell you Saturday I received proof of font, Sunday final product view and MONDAY, my items were ready for PICKUP!!! Outstanding CUSTOMER SERVICE!! My key project was for a Charity Golf tournament, and I did NOT want the standard boring Trophy's that you may run across online or through the BIG stores. After I met with Don and his amazing wife Michelle, we went back and forth on various ideas, and he was able to create several mockups which allowed us to fine tune the smallest details. The time that Don spent going over every aspect of the Trophy was insane as there were no details left untouched. The final product was more than I could have ever expected, and the winners of the tournaments loved the Trophy's more than anything else they got. Since he did such an amazing job with the Trophy's, I went ahead and had him create custom poker chips to be handed out to every player. He went as far as making the poker chips textured to look and feel like a golf ball!! WHO DOES THAT!!! What a nice touch. Actual shop is extremely dirty OK, here goes my story. I ordered a bunch of team spirit gear and one of the items was my dri-fit t-shirt. The T-shirt was 3 XL, but the neck on the shirt hung down past my chest. It seemed more like a ladies shirt. The order form did not give any sort of shirt dimensions. Well it has been a nightmare trying to work with the Owner, Claire, who initially just sent me the dimensions of the Tshirt and said I was free to order another one in a different size, AT MY COST. I explained to her that I was disappointed with that answer and I would hope that they would have a satisfaction guarantee on their products. I tried to work with the owner to ask them to see if they could find another brand. I send them brands that I had bought in the past to see if they could get the same style. But they did nothing! Fast forward, here we are 3 weeks later, today, and i finally decided I would just go and pick up my shirt from them, now being tired that they have been able to do nothing to make it right. Low and behold, Claire is in the shop and asks me how she can help me. I tell her who I am and she does not even identify herself as the owner, nor does she make and sort of apology for the issues with my order and trying to get it fixed. It gets worse. They can't find my shirt. After 15 minutes, I tell Claire's manager could she please just refund my money. She ignores that request and time goes on. I take a look in the back and there is the manager making me a new shirt! They knew I was not happy with the first shirt, so why make another shirt and not just refund my money. That would have made me happier that having a shirt that I will never wear.

They had sewn my company logo of two shirts inside out. They insisted on making it and allowing them to fix the shirts. Instead of taking the ruined shirt, I allowed them to fix. They said for the following two months they would return the shirts. Now they've gone ghost. These people are the worst of the worst.
