After consulting with the Allen Americans Pro Shop, I visited High-5 for the purpose of personalization of Americans jerseys for me and my wife. After working out the details of the names and numbers, they warned me that, due to the holiday "crunch", it was going to take some time. I assured them that this would be fine, and I paid and left the jerseys in their care. A few weeks later, we had the finished product, and they looked very good. I have used High-5 for several years now. For the team I coach, I purchased a high dollar logo and had them turn it into magic. I am not the expert on how a concept is going to look after completed, so I entrusted them with the logo and said numerous times "you guys are the expert, whatever you think looks best". The HI5 team has good intentions but does not deliver. If you need them to press a number on jersey quickly, they can handle that. If they have something is stock, they got you covered. Ordering uniforms is not the easiest with them. They are a small local shop with a paper process where things get lost. The management team argues with the staff and the staff are generally disorganized. They do have a nice graphic designer who seems to be the only one organized, if she gets the information from the staff. I have purchased many uniforms from them and more than once they have stated we cant find the paper work for that coach's order and state they will call you back. They don't call you back and you have to re-follow up with them. I use them because they are local and I support local shops. If another local shop opened, I would move my business there. It has been a challenge for 3 years working with them. You want them to be good but there is no leadership in the shop for them to be good. I wish and hope they would get better. read more

Great place to get your jerseys printed! I have been using these guys for several years now (I coach my 6 yr old's soccer team) and I have always had a great experience here: They are fast, professional, their prices are very competitive, and there has never been an issue over anything. I would definitely recommend this place to anyone, especially any new coach who has the task of getting the jerseys for his/her team made. When I was new to coaching, the task of finding a good place for this matter was somewhat overwhelming and I shopped around quite a bit- I think I called about 10 places! For some reason I decided to go with this place and it turned out to be a great decision. Not the friendliest people. Went to pick up a uniform and I couldn't remember the teams name. Nickle and dime, overpriced items. I don't understand how just a jersey will cost over $40. I can get cheaper stuff with an academy team.

All we needed wes a name on a white t- shirt. I explained what I need it for, but I guess the lady taking care of me didn't listen. It took them 2 days and 2 phone calls to get 5 letters pressed, and it was located so high up the t- shirt that it looks ridiculous and it's usable. Not very professional. read more

Love this locally owned place. They employ local teenagers. And do great job getting young ones ready with quality sportswear. They have done special designs for us and created some fun looks. The store has a wonderful assortment of athletic apparel for organized sports. If you are coaching a team and need uniforms, definitely give High-5 a shot! These guys are great. it seems like EVERY team gets their stuff from High-5 and why not! They are super nice. Very helpful. Have a decent selection in the store, but can order everything you need. They are prompt, accurate, and economical. I love supporting local businesses, and sometimes i'm even willing to sacrifice a little in price or product, but with these guys you don't have to. I placed an order with this company over two months ago. After many weeks of failed promises, missed deadlines, no returned calls, and total lack of customer service I cancelled my order. They do nice work, and the people are friendly. But they tend to be disorganized. When they are not running on time with an order, it takes WAY too many phone calls (and I mean customer has to call THEM...they don't call you) to get it worked out. I'd say communication is a VERY weak point for them. I'd like to add that this is not the first time we've had issues with actually getting our merchandise. Maybe when you order the whole team's stuff at once it's better. But ordering one or two at a time...seems like not much of a priority. read more
