I had to message them and ask when it was coming in and then was told 'it comes back next thursday we'll send you updates'.... and they did not... I had to respond today on the day of and let them know im coming, to which they finally responded it was ready... I also took several pieces of gold jewelry to be sorted by karat and examined to be sold. When I got the offer for the gold it seemed like it could be a very low offer so I had my son pick up the pieces and bring them home. I still had 2 rings to pick up from that point and when I nice MAN called and said they were ready I went to pick them up. I was greeted warmly by Irena (one of the nicest people you will ever meet). Roluca Cohen (the mgr. who had helped me with all of it originally and who gave me the gold offer) was there helping another customer. As Irena was checking me out, my balance was $100, Roluca pipes up, in the middle of helping her customer, and says, "she has a balance!" Irena looked at her a little shocked and back at me. She seemed embarrassed by what Roluca said. I just held up my hands in a shrug. It was insulting. Did she think I was going to abscond with my rings without paying the $100 balance? It certainly sounded like she was concerned. I had planned to have all my other gold rings sold and the stones made into a specially designed ring but I will no longer do it there. I won't patronize their store again. All these positive reviews about how nice "Bob" is with which to work? I never saw a Bob. Maybe he was a previous owner. I'm unsure. I don't know what Roluca's issue was but what started as a positive experience a couple of weeks ago ended so negatively. As my family says, I'm too trusting in the sincerity of some people. This was probably one of those times. FYI: I got a much higher offer for the gold elsewhere.

They are THIEVES…read more Recently, I placed a $1,000 deposit for an article of jewelry, with a written agreement on my receipt stating that a full refund would be provided if the item was not to my liking or was not delivered. After several weeks without communication, I requested a refund of my deposit. The owner/manager, Eddie, of this establishment was combative and dismissive and refused to honor the written agreement he had personally written on the receipt. Instead of handling the matter professionally, he offered excuses for why the refund could not be processed. After contacting my bank, my $1,000 deposit was fully refunded. The bank is now investigating PRECIOUS JEWELERY OUTLET as a potential case of fraud on the store's behalf. Bottom Line: Withholding my money that does not belong to you is stealing, theft. Customers should never have to fight for the return of their money when a purchase was never made. DO NOT SHOP AT PRECIOUS JEWELERY OUTLET, GRAPEVINE, TX.
