I called Jerimiah ( the owner) and he responded within a half hour. He was on-site the next day and did a thorough assessment of my furnace and duct work. It wasn't good. The old furnace and duct work were not installed correctly- shoddy. Jerimiah and his crew came out the next week and installed the correct size furnace, corrected duct work and vent work to run efficiently. They were done in a day and did not cut corners. Jerimiah was honest, fair, reliable and a wealth of information. He has followed up with me since the install and has been there for me.
